The tour was absolutely great. The guide has very good knowledge about the history, politics and geopolitics. I really appreciate the conversation. I learned a lot about the situation in Cambodia. Really recommend 👌

The tour is one which shows a glimpse into the atrocities committed during the Pol Pot regime. Our guide Mr Chamroeun, a small child himself during the Khmer Rouge regime, worked as a one of the forced child labourers in the agricultural fields, told us lots of snippets of truth about the depraved actions of the regime, including the recruitment of child soldiers, mass arrests, executions and what not, culminating in the genocide of a huge section of the Cambodian people. I would recommend it the tour to anyone who's interested in the geopolitical history but with a fair warning about the gruesome nature of the things that they will be exposed to. Full score to the tour company and our guide though. It was plain that he found it tough to relive the horrid memories but he powered through because these stories need to be told and known so that they are not repeated.

So incredible to meet some survivors from this horrific but widely overlooked time in history. Our tour guide Om spoke about his experience too which was interesting but also pretty devestating. Anyone traveling to Cambodia must do this tour. Gives a much needed perspective and respect to the wonderful people of Cambodia

One of the saddest tours I have ever experienced. Great tour guide. Hard subject but good to learn about things like this.

Very good half day tour with a brilliant guide and plenty of time at both sites ; the guide's personal history and experience of the Khmer Rouge was harrowing , thought provoking , insightful and truly added to the experience. The tour COMPANY was poor : I was sent a WhatsApp to be collected at 835 ...just sat down to breakfast at 800 and guide came to collect me . Two ladies told 840 , minibus came for them 755 . Thurd stop sat outside 10 minutes whilst the couple finished their breakfast. If you want to collect paying guests over half an hour EARLY at least communicate this by WhatsApp, it was not a great start to the tour . A shame as the guide was fantastic.
