Child ticket age between 5-10 years and must be supervised by parents/guardians and tour guides/instructors or tour operators and driving is not allowed.
Riders have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety.
During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund.
There is a minimum of 2 people required to run this tour.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Terrible instructions and even worse attitude

1.00My partner and I decided to use one ET because the guides provided no instructions. Turns out that was for the best because these trails not beginning friendly, which is completely fine, it should have been advertised correctly. Anyone who rides bikes regularly will understand the nuance that you put out your foot to balance yourself better when swerving or going over obstacles. The guides instead of providing any sort of instruction just kept on yelling put four fingers over the brakes. I’m accounting for the fact that they probably feel being loud and aggressive is the only way to make sure their instructions are being heard but given that the instructions turned out to be one thing and they provided no other service during the entire tour, we could have spent our time better elsewhere. Having regularly done tours around the world, I do not expect guides to go out of their way to be hospitable but I expect them to have an attitude that is conducive to making the tour enjoyable and these guides clearly weren’t.

4.00Nice ride, which didn't quite take 2,5 the views mmmhh I expected more of that also for the waterfall (little) you don't have to do it, but if you have people with you who can handle the quad well because then you can tear Tip go as early as possible in the afternoon there are families

4.00Fun trip with great views & stops. A good selection of timing options for shorter / longer excursions. Did the shorter option of 1.5hr but still felt we had had a full jungle tour experience

1.00When we arrive to the place the guide let us take only one ATV even that we booked two, we tried to tell him that I paid for two ATVs and he started to say that he don't want my wife to drive it and started to scare her. After all he let us took only one and to drive together, also there was a person who was missing at the forest when we drive and the police and army have been there looking for him, our guide was with is phone all the trip and we drive very slowly like it is use to be for kids, and we didn't felt any extreme, also at the middle of the forest he told us to wait alone and to wait for him because he wants to help with the searches, only after we told him 5 times that we don't want to be at the middle of the forest by ourselves and there is no signal there he took us with him to another guide and he went to another place. So first it was very unprofessional and not responsible by him. Second thing, I want to get a refund for one ATV because I paid for two and he didn't let us take two and we used only one.

2.00Decent sightseeing and the atvs were in good condition. Unfortunately, the scheduling was extremely disorganized and the staff were quite rude though.
Everyone should do this!

5.00What an amazing experience! I would recommend this to everyone and it was the highlight of our visit to Koh Phangan. The team were very friendly and it was well organised. Views were amazing.
