Perast
The single street Old Town of Perast, located in Boka Bay at the edge of the St. Ivan hill, is considered the oldest settlement in Boka Bay as some discovered evidence of Neolithic culture found here dating back to 3500 years BC. Today Perast presents the worldly distinction as an important protected UNESCO world heritage site. The former city of captains and seafarers and today’s recognized luxury tourist destination records life in the town for eight centuries. Its position with the view of the whole Bay, including its two islands 'Our Lady of the Rock' and 'St George', represents a top tourist attraction in Montenegro. Easily reachable by waterway from the Bay of Kotor and Tivat makes it an inevitable tourist spot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Blue Cave with Captain Vasco — best part of our trip! Honestly Vasco felt less like a captain and more like a mate showing you around his backyard! The Blue Cave itself is absolutely stunning — that electric blue light is unreal. But Vasco’s energy and personality made the whole thing. Jokes, great vibes, looked after us the whole way. If you’re doing the Blue Cave, pray you get Vasco. Legend! 🌊🚤

We had the pleasure of riding on board Uros' speed boat! He was very welcoming and put us at ease straight away. It's hard to choose one highlight of this tour, it had such variety! Well worth the money!

So much fun, I would rate higher than 5 ⭐️ if I could. I didn’t have much time in Kotor as it was a quick stop on a cruise but The Blue Caves Tour with Aquaholic was so much fun, truly a highlight! Our speedboat captain and tour guide Vasco was excellent, he was helpful getting in and out of the boat, didn’t rush us when we swam and shared some cool information. The Blue Caves were stunning, the sub base was really cool and nice to visit the lady of the rocks when it was quiet (after 4pm) but if you want to go inside the little museum you must go earlier and costs. Overall I would definitely recommend this tour with Aquaholic! A big thank you to the Aquaholic team and Vasco!

Spectacular tour, take you with a boat to 5 different places, passing x the side of the mountains until you reach the open sea. The tunnel, the blue cave, swimming to the cave in the open sea and the island of the Lady of the Rocks, imposing!!

Have a Jacket or dress warm because it gets really cold as you leave the Bay Area and approach the open sea Adriatic.

Plan accordingly based on the time of the year. Our tour was in November and a bit chilly & drizzly. But the sights were still gorgeous and we are happy we went.

The staff definitely went above and beyond to make sure our little group was comfortable and having a fun time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and even took the time to stop the boat on the way back to handout nice warm dry rain jackets for us to use as he said we would be driving into some rain. The boat was in great condition, well kept and the seats were very comfortable. The excursion itself was amazing!! A don't miss excursion for sure.

A bright, sun-washed day on the Bay of Kotor, I was glad for my scarf and beanie as we skimmed over the water, our driver confident and playful, matching the rhythm of the waves with a great soundtrack and a few joyful thrills. The views were breathtaking — mountains and picture perfect towns rising straight from the sea — and freedom felt tangible in every spray of water. Strangely enough, the highlight was what I’d expected least: the Cold-War-era submarine cave, echoing with history and mystery. The long ride to the Blue Cave was rough at the front, but once I moved mid-boat it was perfect. Friendly fellow passengers and a three-hour trip that felt full but unhurried — the ideal way to see Kotor from the water. Highly recommended.
