Driver didn’t show!

1.00Our pickup time was 12:30 from our hotel. We were in the lobby at 12:20 and waited until 2pm. No one picked us up. I tried to call the driver several times and even had the hotel receptionist try in case my phone wasn’t going through. I left several messages to let him know we were waiting. I never heard back from anyone. It ruined our day. I requested a refund and was told it was my fault for not showing! Ridiculous! Since the driver said he waited 25 minutes for me it’s my word against his. Unprofessional and disappointing.

1.00We had requested Indian vegetarian meals and got confirmation that it will be provided , acknowledged by the tour operator in writing, but to our disappointment they said only Thai vegetarian meals, they needed to be honest and truthful upfront , we would have made our own arrangements rather than go hungry ! Need to be professionally honest about what you can offer and commit to!

5.00Went with my wife and 2 teens — we all had a blast! The guides were fun and knew the best snorkeling spots. Loved the bio-luminescent swim at night ✨ Totally unforgettable.
