5.00Great time - Discover Craców is a spectacular vendor. We received a bit of a different time than what Viator gave us so make sure you have your WhatsApp ready to double check what time your Salt Mine Tour is. We ended up arriving about 90 minutes ahead of time and one of the Discover Craców folks, Norbert, gave us a private tour of the above ground portion of Wieliczka while we waited for our tour time. Really appreciated his time and learned a great deal. The mines were spectacular and gorgeous - just be ready for a lot of walking!

5.00A great trip and well planned with on time and comfy transport. Ilona was very informative and gave us a great journey to and from the salt mines. The guide around the salt mines was excellent and made the trip very smooth. We were here for 3-4 hours and there was a lot of walking so wear comfy shoes and a lot of steps!! Tickets retrieved at the door with earphone pieces. Busy in December so always pre book before your trip.

5.00Ilona was amazing! She was on time for pick up and made sure we had details of where to find her after our tour. During the ride to the salt mines she pointed out historical locations and taught us about Krakow. Ilona also had amazing recommendations for local food and fun!
