5.00A great trip and well planned with on time and comfy transport. Ilona was very informative and gave us a great journey to and from the salt mines. The guide around the salt mines was excellent and made the trip very smooth. We were here for 3-4 hours and there was a lot of walking so wear comfy shoes and a lot of steps!! Tickets retrieved at the door with earphone pieces. Busy in December so always pre book before your trip.

5.00Ilona was amazing! She was on time for pick up and made sure we had details of where to find her after our tour. During the ride to the salt mines she pointed out historical locations and taught us about Krakow. Ilona also had amazing recommendations for local food and fun!
