4.00An absolutely worthwhile experience. Our tour guide from Discover Krakow, Kate, was very well organised and efficient. The bus driver was quite loud and swearing on the phone which was unpleasant. However, the best part of the tour was the mine tour guide, Marek, who was very knowledgeable and funny and made the experience very enjoyable despite the many many steps.
Interesting and quite impressive carvings, especially the church and chandeliers, all made from salt.

4.00This was an interesting tour. Met by Kate, our bus guide, who escorted us to the mine. Please note there are a lot of steps to negotiate to get down (first set of stairs there was 320) so you may struggle if you have knee issues. The tour inside was with a guide from the actual mine who spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. It was quite warm in the mine about 14 degrees, I had to take my coat off. The tour was quite long, approx 2 hours walking with the chance of a couple small rests. Luckily exit from the mine was by lift. I'd recommend this tour but just be mindful of your mobility.

5.00Wonderful visit to the salt mines, a truly memorable and magical experience we won't forget. Our trip was organized by Kate who was really helpful, the day before she set up a Whatsapp group and made herself available to us at any time if we had questions. She was fun and knowledgeable and made the whole day so easy. The guide inside the mine was Mark and he clearly knew everything about the site - the history, architecture and geology - he delivered a fantastic tour and provided lots of laughs along the way. Highly recommended.

5.00A lot of walking but well worth it for a fantastic experience, guides very informative, Alex and Kate. Don't think you're at the lift when you're at the finish barriers ,there's a mile of walking still. Over all great experience
