5.00Our flight to KL was very late due to bad weather, but the operator kept in touch with us and when we finally did arrive after midnight we were able to connect with the driver and get to our hotel without any dramas. Our driver Mr Bock was wonderful!

5.00Greeter was friendly and waiting with my name on a sign at the arrivals exit. He also walked my luggage to the driver who drove me to my hotel. Very satisfied with both the greeter and driver. Would use again.
