5.00Greeter was friendly and waiting with my name on a sign at the arrivals exit. He also walked my luggage to the driver who drove me to my hotel. Very satisfied with both the greeter and driver. Would use again.

4.00We arrived at KL Airport and after claiming our luggage, we went to the Arrival Hall. We were met by our greeter who then contacted our driver to come pick us up. The wait was only about ten minutes before we were on our way to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

4.00My flight was delayed and team was still prepared for me. Had a short wait at arrivals hall for driver (I think because my flight had been delayed) but driver and car was a good experience. Would recommend.
