    The booking confirmation simply tells you where to meet the guide. It provides no telephone number or other means of contacting the guide nor the local company they work for. My colleague and I had only one free morning to see something of the city before starting work. This private tour seemed ideal. Time was tight so we took a Grab car instead of the metro. That was wasted money as we then stood in the sun for over half an hour at the designated meeting place waiting for the guide and then calling TripAdvisor to see if they could track him down . Although we provided our telephone number and email address, nobody contacted us to let us know the guide was unable to make it. TripAdvisor have now emailed to say they’ll refund the booking fee but that doesn’t replace our one precious opportunity to enjoy a guided tour and to learn something about the city. To make matters worse, we left the hotel without our guide book - thinking we wouldn’t need it!

    Best tour. Highly recommend if you want a hassle free and comfortable trip. Our driver was very good and he even took photos.

    The guide was very active, but language and pronounche did communicating a bit difficult. To much repetitive info, and a lot of stuff that where not interesting at all. We where thinking Kuala Lumpur as a modern city, but everything in the tour was about history. Boring and we did not fint it interesting at all.

    We enjoyed our city tour and our driver was very informative about the sights and the history of KL. After, he kindly dropped us off at a restaurant where we had lunch.

    We had a sightseeing tour in the morning and it was really nice to see all the highlights of Kuala Lumpur. Our guide Kumar was a very kind person who knows a lot of Kuala Lumpur and he could tell us information about every place we went to. If you want to see the highlights of Kuala Lumpur then book this trip, you won't regret.

    Our tour guide, Kumar was excellent. He was punctual and very knowledgeable regarding Malaysia tour sites. He was also respectful and courteous which made our tour more enjoyable. He also speaks really good English. I highly recommend Kumar and his company.
