Kinkakuji Temple
Continue your journey with a visit to Kinkakuji, the famed Golden Pavilion, where you can capture stunning reflections on its tranquil pond. Kinkakiuji is registered as World Heritage since 1994. Its original name is called " Rokuon-ji". This was rebuilt two times in 1694 and 1950. Kinkaku-ji is made from 3 floors. The second and third floor is covered with gold which is why this temple is called "Kinkaku-ji". Each floor has a name and was constructed differently using different traditional structure.

5.00Mari was a great guide. She took us to many amazing spots that my mates and I would have never been able to find or access in such a short time frame. She gave very good information of the shrines and building history’s. She also took us to a very good ramen spot.

5.00Me and my group of friends spent the day with Meri getting an absolutely amazing tour experience! The tour was perfect and having the private driver of Mr. Yamashita made it a stress-free experience. Meri was so fun with our group, and she is such a genuine and great spirit.
