We had a very interesting tour of St Hillarion and Bellapais, two lovely sites in North Cyprus. As we staying in south Nicosia close to Ledras Street crossing, our guide suggested meeting just on the other side of the border crossing. This was no problem and we easily met our guide. As she drove us to the sites, she provided an interesting counterpoint to the Cyprus situation, having been born in the North after the 1974 separation. St. Hillarion was an amazing site and climbing to the top was a good workout and resulted in many great photos.
