  The driver did not know the route to the observatory! Then we arrived and had to wait 30 minutes because we arrived earlier and then I didn’t know where to park 🤦🏻‍♂️ the tour and the guides of the place are super interesting, the problem was that it was packed! There are like 100 people doing the same tour in groups of 20 at the same time, the lights and cell phones bother a lot in the place and there were a lot of reckless people.

  Great spot to appreciate the stars and other planets clearly. However, facilities could be improved for better safety and confort as many families with small children visit the place.

  Very bad attention do not let in by day to meet him outside and take pictures, as they are not authorized by the mayor!! I suggested you make a charge at the center office and they tell me again that the mayor says no, you can only come in at night with the guides!! That's where the business is!! I stayed 2 blocks from the mamalluca!!

  The astronomical tour guide, Eduardo, was quite eloquent and patient in explaining to the group; due to resource issues, some activities were lacking. But in general, all good with the guide.

  The tour operator cancelled the tour 4 hours ahead of the tour with no reason why. Truly TERRIBLE experience, Viator equally useless in sorting it out, don’t book through them and don’t book this tour!!!

  It's worth it, unique experience the guides or well-didatic monitors the well-chosen schedules must go a little warm but the night we went was very pleasant.

  I participated in this excursion organized through our hotel. They pick us up around 7.30pm and we return late at night (at 3am). It takes an hour's drive to get to the Observatory. Very interesting explanation of planets, nebulae (which here are seen with the naked eye thanks to exceptional visibility of the sky), clusters and asteroids. Both viewing through telescopes and with the naked eye is very interesting. It's worth the late night to participate.
