Often described as the ‘Image of Paradise’, the Alpine resort town of Bled will enchant you with its emerald-green lake, fairytale-like island and imposing castle reigning on top of a rocky cliff. You will have a chance to visit the castle and to take the small boat named “pletna” to visit the small island in the middle of the lake.

Additionally, participants should be aware that the Pletna boat ride might not be available during our afternoon tours because of their winter schedule. Informative, friendly and enjoyable time. I would recommend bringing some cash with you for the entry into the different locations 18€ and 20€ will cover a individual for the castle & island.

A wonderful experience led by such a knowledgable tour leader. He was not only knowledgable on all things we needed to know, but also a down to earth and fun guy. The trip was great, the pics dont lie, it really is that stunning. Oh, and try the cake at the end, yum.

Our tour guide Gor was very knowledgeable and shares a great amount of information on our location. We had a pleasant and safe trip to lake Bled. We opted to skip the castle. But took the boat ride to Bled island. It was a beautiful day to be on the water. The instructions were clear on pick up and drop off.

It was a short trip and maybe a little pricey for what’s included but it was what we were looking for. Guide was great.

This trip was well done if you’re on a short timeframe - it helped us make efficient use of a half-day’s time. Klemen was a very good, informative and knowledgeable guide. The only downside with the trip itself is for someone sitting in the back of the van with the typical rattles and squeaks of the back of a vehicle, it’s hard to hear everything he says. Apart from the tour itself I had to take several hours of my vacation time the day before to accommodate the company’s last minute request to switch our trip from morning to afternoon - and then switch back when they changed their minds. This is so counterproductive when the reason you’re using a tour company is for the most efficient use of your limited vacation time.

It's weather dependent and we were blessed with great weather. Great for walking, so be prepared with good shoes and a hat.

Our group had the most incredible experience in this stunning part of the world, even if at times it was pouring with rain. Luka, our guide was in a word … perfect. In one 40 minute van ride (which was cramped) he had a group of strangers laughing together like old friends. His knowledge was impressive but not overwhelming. Luka’s guide was the perfect blend of humour, sarcasm and knowledge. Thank you.

I booked at midnight for the tour very early in the morning and did super right. I was surprised. Very practical and safe to book. The tour itself was very good.Our guide was 10. Nice and helpful. It took us first to the castle and then to the lake, where we had free time. We chose to cycle around and swim in the lake instead of going to the island and we didn't regret it. Gave time to relax in the lake. We return shortly after 12 hs, with time left for afternoon tours. I recommend!
