4.00Good little boat trip lasting 25 mins. Had 3 different nationalities on the boat so the tour guide played the reel in 3 languages🤣 perfect trip around the peninsula. Got to see the castle, spa, villas and the thermal water bubbles. Good introduction tour. Also great if you like me get a bit sea sick! Tolerable duration!

1.00First overall you understood that I wrong booked mini tour when I was in lake Garda with my family. After few minutes I was told by your partner operator that we were too far from your pick up port point. I had to cancel but what you did even when you knew I was in Lake Garda unable to reach your the pick up point as it was at 5 hours from lake Garda but you decide to refuse the refund. What business is that? If I could be able to do the tour at reasonable pick up point distance and I cancel the tour, I could understand if you did not refund my money. This time, I confirmec that I was staying in piamata hotel in lake Garda which was too far from your operation according to the tour operator, who advised me to cancel and request the refund. It is not fair to keep the money for this reason. Your service is not customer friendly, very disappointing.
