We booked this trip from Lake Garda to Venice largely for the hassle-free transport to Venice and in that respect it was satisfactory. Although we booked the English language tour we ended up on the English and German languages tour, but that was also tolerable. The tour was advertised as having an optional extra of a gondola ride... something we didn't intend doing. On the day the tour guide also tried to upsell a private boat trip in Venice; apparently something different to the private boat trip referenced as included in the trip details and available as a cash-only extra option, but presented by the tour guide as "the most important part of the day". We didn't take the extra boat trip so cannot comment on how good it was or otherwise. Hopefully Viator will engage with the operator so that the trip description is more accurate than at present.

Really enjoyed the whole tour to Venice. Our tour guide and bus driver were fantastic. We had a ride on the Gondola. Can't go to Venice and not have a go on them 🙂

Excellent tour , excellent tour guide , gondola and boat tours extra but again well worth doing Well worth the money ,

Pricey, extras either/and gondola or boat trip. Went for boat, had poor sound system and was quite hot by pm and it gets slightly tiresome listening for dual language info most of the day. Ice cream at mister sandwich next to realto and nearby pizza takeaway were good. A bit of a tourist trap of a place, some side streets had interesting small shops
