5.00The visit to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine was amazing. Views were breathtaking and definitely lived up to the hype. Izzy, our driver/guide was equally amazing. He was courteous and made sure we were well taken care of.

5.00Our tour driver/guide Ken (Karim), was very attentive and friendly. Smooth ride in a larger van with lots of windows. Guided us to a few points at Lake Louise plus took pics for us. Similar at Moraine Lake where he suggested we go to the scenic outlook. Provided more pics. Interesting factoids on the ride to the lakes. We had a great time!

3.00Most importantly the guide should have told us where to find the bathrooms since it was a long drive. AND: “Lake Moraine has only pit latrines while Lake Louise has sinks & flush toilets. Please plan accordingly.” There were no signs to indicate where to find toilets.
