Our boats start from Cat Ba island, which is more beautiful and more interesting than Ha Long city. We avoid the crowd, take you to wonderful areas that less touristy, you can enjoy nice landscapes, real natural, clear water, secluded beaches.
Our boats anchor at pocket lagoons for staying overnight.
Our local guides are all experienced and enthusiastic, and will help you to discover the bay and take care of you during the trip.
-We do a lot of different trips than other tour companies. It is well worth the money with nicer itineraries (more time kayaking, swimming each day), and we cruise further to amazing landscapes in less touristy areas. You also have more time on the boat, not like a 24 hours tour by other companies.
Join us, you will start the trip at 11.00 of Day 1 and finish at 15.00 of Day 2. What should be better?
-The trip can be flexibly changed due to customer's demands, the weather and the tide as well.

11.00 - 11.30: Take a minibus for 5 minutes from our office to the pier. Sometimes we take small junk for easy cruising and anchoring the harbor. The boat number 1: Lan Ha 25 Junk After lunch, we will move to the sleeping boat Cat Ba Ventures around 13:45 pm (we change boats in the bay). -The boat number 11: Cat Ba Ventures on our website. Cruise around Lan Ha Bay. Visit amazing landscapes and a floating fishing village. You will see the daily life of the fisherman on the bay. Swim at deserted beach. (Snorkeling is optional with equipment included) 12.30: Having lunch on the boat. Kayaking 1 and half - 2 hours through the rock arch to hidden lagoons and tunnels to discover Bat cave and Bright Cave. Keep cruising to Ha Long Bay to sightseeing the most beautiful landscapes at less touristy areas. Enjoy the sunset on the bay. 19.00: Dinner and overnight on the boat. Optional squid fishing at night.

- After breakfast, we keep cruising to discover another side of Ha Long Bay and Cong Tau lagoon. You can enjoy the beauty of hundreds of limestone islands in less touristy areas. Visit Dau Be Island, then relax on a deserted beach. Kayaking to discover Ho Ba Ham (3 hidden lagoons). - After lunch we will cruise to another part of Lan Ha Bay. - Return to Cat Ba Town at 15.00 - 15.30 (You can catch the last bus or speed boat at 16h to go back to mainland or stay another night in Cat Ba). Please note: The trip can be flexibly changed due to customer's demands, the weather and the tide as well. From May, 2026, our tour will finish at 12pm.

5.00AMAZING ! Tony, our guide, was an absolute sweetheart, his English is perfect and he gave us so many information about the Bay itself but also Vietnamese culture. The tour itself was perfectly organized and timed, the kayak tours were particularly nice since Tony guided us through lagoons and beaches were there was no tourists besides us. And the nice to have : Tony’s a good photographer so don’t you worry about taking pictures, just enjoy the views. You’ll have time to relax on the boat too On the boat, the food was really delightful (we had plenty to eat, good veggies options etc), the room was spacious and clean and the best part was that we were only a group of 10 people I would highly recommend taking this tour, you’ll be in right hands ! Tip : do not skip the sunrise on the bay Thanks again for everything !

5.00We had an amazing time on this cruise. Ben was an excellent tour guide who made this tour interesting, fun and unforgettable! The activities were well planned and you get to see the most beautiful sceneries during kayaking, swimming or squid fishing. We loved everything about it! The authentic meals were great as well as the rooms with panoramic views. There is also a vegetarian option possible that was divers and delicious. Highly recommended!

5.00Honestly, this was one of the best trips we did in Vietnam! They advertised to go places with few other boats, and so they did! They have a license to go further into the bays and take you places where no one else goes! Absolute must do! Hang was our guide and we loved his company and tricks.

5.00Of all our holidays in Vietnam the Ha Long Bay tour remains for us the most breathtaking. The scenery is amazing, with our guide Ninh we avoided the crowds and felt like we were alone in the world when kayaking. Ninh was very kind, respectful and attentive, thank you again to him. Finally the rooms of the boat are very comfortable and the crew kind. I recommend+++

5.00Wonderful trip with Cat Ba Ventures! Incrediblt beautiful, relaxing trip. We had 2 half days and 1 night on the boat, and everything was organised very well! Our guide Ben was excellent - he made sure everyone knew what was happening, was very clear, and found great spots for us to swim and kayak, that were not busy at all. The boat crew were also great, the food was good, and the cabins were very comfortable. Would highly reccomend this trip, it was a great way too see lan ha and ha long bay.

5.00Our guide Jack “Sparrow”” Luan was amazing. He tied our trip with Vietnamese culture and was also extremely funny. The cruise was calm, sleeping arrangements were good and we even got squid while night fishing. Last but not least, Ha Long Bay should not be missed. It’s hard to put in words how magical the bay is.
