4.00Well maintained stations except the bathrooms could be much better. Expect some delays after you purchase tickets online, two of the three rides were delayed over two hours from what was scheduled when purchasing tickets.

5.00A good and worry-free way to catch train tickets for the Lao High Speed Line (LCR). The team takes care of everything (we can't make an online reservation for this railway!) and sends you the tickets through whatsapp, it's really time saved compared to the face-to-face subscription.

5.00We got picked up at the Vientiane airport and a couple of days later got dropped off at the Railway station. Train tickets to Luang Prabhnag were also handled by BCFamily Tour. All done with great efficiency and timely communication. I was a bit apprehensive before arriving at the airport. But the driver was waiting for us with a sign. He guided us through getting a SIM card and cash, drove us safely to the hotel. He also dropped us off at the railway station. All very seamless and done well.

5.00We booked our tickets through the bcfamilytour system for Laos Railways Tickets from Vientiane to Vang Vieng, Vang Vieng to Luang Prabang, Luang Prabang to Vientiane, and Vientiane to China. Everything was very convenient and fast. Before that, we had booked on another website, but the tickets couldn't be used. We then took a taxi to the train station, which was very far — it took us about an hour — only to return empty-handed because the tickets were already sold out. Fortunately, we found bcfamilytour through a friend who had traveled with them before. They helped us save a lot of time and money. That’s why we sent them an extra tip and a small thank-you gift. We also booked tours and private transfers from bcfamilytour in Vientiane, Luang Prabang, and Vang Vieng. All the tours were excellent! Their travel experts supported us regularly via email and WhatsApp. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you so much!
