Spent an afternoon on a private tour with Mario at the Larco Museum. The tour and the museum exceeded our expectations. The displays of this private collection were first-rate. In addition, the museum also displays and allows visitors to peruse the part of the collection of over 45,000 objects that are not on display. Well worth the visit and Marco was a knowledgeable and personable guide. Highly recommend.

The museum is fascinating and the grounds are beautiful. It was great to learn about the history, archeology and art of Peruvian culture. Roxanna was a wonderful and knowledgeable local guide!

The Larco Museum has an impressive collection of significant artifacts. We appreciated going there before visiting the temple site of Pachacamac. Ricardo was a knowledgeable guide.

The Larco Museum is beautiful and interesting. I really appreciated the visits to the Viceroy’s house, the walk through the streets, and the Archeological Museum as well. My guide Luis was friendly, courteous and informative. Thank you.

Ricardo was our museum guide. He had incredible knowledge of Peruvian history (which I validated by surreptitiously fact-checking some information periodically). He was passionate, serious, but also entertaining, humorous. We enjoyed our visit. We got educated. He helped us appreciate Peru, its people, culture. He put modern Peru also in the context of present day - its continuing struggle. He made us want to know & understand more.

I had a great tour at the Larco museum. My guide, Manuel, was very knowledgable and told me many interesting things about the objects and the different cultures in Peru. Due to his excellent and pleasant attitude the whole tour became the highlight of my 3 days visit to Lima. I highly recommend this tour and museum and highly can recommend Manuel as a tour guide for future travellers.

I had an excellent tour with Manuel, one of the best guides I ever had. He was very pleasant and gave a very good explanation about the items on display. Through him, I gain more knowledge about the different cultures from the past in Peru. The Larco museum and the agency and Manuel, should be a highlight for a Lima visit. Very much recommended.

The museum is amazing, and learning how far back civilisation started in Peru, wow. I nearly didn't have time for this tour, but I'm so glad I did. Tour guide very knowledgeable. Would go and see it again.
