Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250 Lbs (112 kg/ 17.9 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased.

In the interests of comfort and safety, passengers weighing between 250 Lbs (112 kg/17.9 stone) and 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Note that the maximum allowable body weight on the helicopter is 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones).

The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased. The helicopter may have up to 6 passengers plus the pilot onboard.

If you select the Pampas Brazilian Grille dinner option, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from Pampas restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel
If you select the Pampas Brazilian Gille dinner option, the reservation time for your dinner is 6pm. You can then choose your flight time at the time of booking
You are required to present a valid government issued identification at the time of checkin.
Physically challenged passengers must be accompanied by an able bodied person capable of lifting the physically challenged person at least 48 inches into the helicopter.
Valid Government ID is required to board the flight. ID must match the names on your Viator ticket. It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved air carrier with a fraudulent ID.
All helicopter tours depart from 5596 Haven Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119.

2.00We don’t have any option to choose seat we in the helicopter. Me and my wife were seated on the Right side and all the best views were for people sitting in front and the left side. Best views are always on the left side.

1.00Restaurant options are terrible for the dinner and flight option. Food was terrible at pampas. So bad we literally paid for our drinks and left after being there for 15 min. Directions to shuttle felt like a scavenger hunt. Helicopter is tight for 6 people. Head sets were quite loud in our ears and were not told how to turn them up or down. When I told them where I wanted dropped off after the flight they took me to a different hotel and into the basement parking garage vs main entrance of the hotel I told them too. Over all experience was terrible.

5.00Well worth the money, to see the strip and downtown from above, at night, gives that extra special experience of your Vegas visit. The booking process is easy, the staff and friendly and helpful. An all round great experience.
If you’d like to end your trip on an unpleasant note, go ahead and try it.

1.00My parents had never experienced a helicopter ride, so I made a reservation for them. Unfortunately, I entered the wrong address into the navigation and ended up going to the wrong location, which made us about 15 minutes late. Being late was entirely my fault, and I understand that it may be difficult to adjust the schedule or offer a refund. I accept that responsibility. However, the moment I explained that I was late due to my mistake with the navigation, instead of any understanding, I was met with a very unpleasant tone, with “NOT REFUNDABLE” being strongly emphasized. The amount of money is not insignificant, but it’s not something I absolutely need to get back. I also run a business and earn a good income. That said, when I do business, I believe in earning profits that reflect the value I provide to others. At the very least, it doesn’t seem like this company operates with that kind of philosophy.

1.00They must've over booked but they cancelled on us because they cant fly after 9. We were there on time so they cant say we arrived late. Then they told us we would receive certain amount for refund and then they refunded less. They need to check their schedule and stop booking more than they are able to. We wasted time there when we could've been doing something else. Plus the restaurant that they set a package with sucks. Terrible, stale , and salty food. Service is okay. Overral don't recommend. Should be called 1 star helicopter 😌
