5.00At first I was a bit skeptical about how QR codes work, but in reality everything went perfectly. The tickets arrived the day after my booking, conveniently downloadable in PDF via email and private message from my operator. Your ticket really does offer the indicated hourly flexibility, you arrive when you prefer. The instructions given on where to scan the tickets and pick up the audio guides were precise and clear. I admit that I was initially dubious about this too, but everything went exactly as described: the audio guides retreat to the ground floor simply showing the QR code, and then, climbing the stairs, you arrive at the turnstiles where you scan the code again to start the visit. Very positive experience, impeccable organization. Great last minute purchase!

5.00You got to skip the line and go right in. The tour itself was self-guided, so the length is up to you. I would allow for maybe 30 minutes to an hour if you’re in a rush like we were lol. The store was great and had so many different things that you can’t find in the US. And the samples were great too!

5.00Choosing your item entry time is great. They feed you loads of chocolate and you can learn a few things of interested. The bottom line Is that chocolate, especially free (included) chocolate, makes me people happy so everyone has a good time

5.00Give yourself plenty of time, to experience as well as to get there. We took the bus and got off the wrong stop, stop a big hill but was a beautiful walk down many many steps! Once we entered we were amazed to find out that that's REAL chocolate dripping down the whisk at the front of the museum 😋. The audio tour is incredibly comprehensive and very state if the art with touchpoint sensors at every stop. It's go-at-your-pace which was nice, even for our group of 4. Very interesting history and economy knowledge to absorb not just of Lindt but the entire chocolate industry. The ultimate ending is the big surprise (I don't want to spoil it for any readers!). We had a fun experience on many levels, and ofc a much easier ride back up to the central park of town.
