2.00If your only mode of transport to get to the "museum" is the SBB train and you don't have any sort of half-fare pass or card, forget about this "museum". The cost of transport is not worth it. But even without the transport factor, the "museum" is a tourist trap designed to wow you (your kids actually) with chocolates and then herds you into its stores where you'd be hard put not to buy anything. The "museum" itself offers nothing remarkable that you wouldn't find or know elswhere. In fact, for a museum, it hardly, if at all, answered one question my 10-year-old asked me: Switzerland does not grow a single cacao tree -- why is it the world's top chocolate maker? But if you have loads of cash or you're already in the area, and you want to impress your children and wouldn't mind spending money for it, go for it. Honestly though, you'd better off spending all that money in an actual Lindt store and buy gazillion of chocolates there!

4.00Self directed - excellent! Bags etc should be deposited in locker supplied (remember your number - easy to lock and staff are excellent for rapid assistance). No need to wear coat inside - exhibit excellent also.

5.00Book in advance to ensure smooth visit. The whole experience was wonderful. Walk through the history of chocolate making, learn how pure chocolate is made and finally, taste the beauty of chocolate 😋. At the end visit the shop and jump into endless options of chocolate gifts to friends and even yourself too, why not .

5.00We highly suggest getting the “anytime” ticket. It allowed us to walk right in and not enter with a large crowd at a specific time. Bring wired headphones so you don’t have to hold the audio tour speaker to your ear. Take the 165 bus directly to Lindt.

2.00Doesn’t worth the money. Too expensive for a tasting experience. The museum is a 5 minutes walk. Don’t loose your time.
