All the tours are walking and hiking tours, and can be listed as follows: Petra main tour: is the classic front way tour that shows you main highlights of the city starting by the siq canyon, the treasury, the theater, the tombs, and the temples. Extensions of hiking trails inside the city are available and can be discussed upon visiting. Petra backway tour: is the back door entry tour to explore the mountains behind, and "The Monastery" of Petra. Operated usually in the early morning and could be customized. Little Petra & mountains tour: a tour outside the main city (6 kms north of petra) to explore more of the lost city surroundings. Operated usually in the afternoon before the sunset and could be customized. Country full tours are available, best itineraries with best guides, flexible and customized.

5.00Ismail is an amazing and kind guide. We did a full day tour of Petra. He showed us all the sites and we walked from the entrance all the way to the back. Ismail was knowledgeable and so much fun!

5.00We were a group of 11 visiting from the U.S. and did a 3-hour Petra tour with Ismail. He was truly one of the best guides we’ve ever had. Ismail made the tour engaging, informative, and fun—especially for the kids, who absolutely loved him. He was incredibly patient with our large group and ensured everyone had a great experience while still immersing us in the rich history and mystery of Petra. He also went above and beyond by taking wonderful photos and videos for us. Most importantly, he came across as a genuinely kind and trustworthy person, guiding us honestly and helping us make the right choices without pushing vendors or upsells. 2 People in our group wanted to do Monastery and he helped us find the donkey guide at right time and price. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

5.00Ismail was a truly wonderful guide in Jordan and made a huge difference in our experience. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and without any hesitation he immediately arranged for a separate driver to pick us up so we could meet the rest of our group who had already arrived two days earlier. That level of responsiveness and problem-solving says everything about how much he genuinely cares about his guests. I personally spent one day with him in Petra, while the other part of our group had him for three full days, and everyone had the same feedback, he is knowledgeable, funny, kind, and deeply passionate about sharing his country. He takes the time to explain history and culture in a way that is engaging and easy to understand, and he truly looks out for the wellbeing of the group. Our driver was absolutely outstanding as well. He was calm, skilled, and with us for five full days. He made long drives feel easy and safe, and we were so grateful to have him. Ismail is more expensive than many other guides, but after seeing how much personal care and flexibility he provides, we all agreed he is worth it. The only small concern raised by part of our group was the amount of smoking. This was not so much about losing tour time, but more about concern for his own health because by the end of the trip, he felt like part of the family. We would absolutely recommend Ismail to anyone visiting Jordan and would not hesitate to book him again.

5.00I traveled to Jordan with my 81‑year‑old mother and my two teenage kids for 7 days and 6 nights in December 2025. I engaged Ismail as our private tour guide because he was very prompt in his replies, offered excellent advice, and prepared an itinerary tailored to our needs and interests. He first connected with me via email and later through WhatsApp, where he answered all my queries promptly and professionally. My mother and I had always dreamed of visiting Petra to see the Treasury, but Ismail showed us so many more fascinating places in Jordan than we ever expected, including Jerash, Umm Qais, and Wadi Rum. His thoughtful planning ensured that the trip was comfortable for my mother while still engaging for my teenagers. We never imagined my mother would be able to reach the Monastery due to the challenging hike, but Ismail made it possible by arranging a reliable mule. She made it to the Monastery and back safely, and we are forever indebted to him for this remarkable experience. Thanks to Ismail, my kids—who initially knew very little about Jordan—came to love the people, the food, and the incredible sites the country has to offer, not forgetting the jeep tour and camel ride in Wadi Rum. Ismail’s professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality made our journey truly memorable. He is a brilliant photographer, very funny, and generous with his kindness and hospitality. One of the highlights was being invited to his home, where his wife cooked us a delicious maqluba dinner. Ismail also arranged for a private driver, Mohamed, who took excellent care of my family throughout the trip. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ismail to anyone planning a trip to Jordan.

5.00Absolutely fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and extremely engaging. Nothing was too much trouble for Ismail, he made it his sole objective to ensure that we had an unforgettable experience and achieved this plus much more. From the moment he picked us up at the airport he was sharing information and offering advice on where to visit, what times are best and in what order to do things. We had asked Ismail to organise our whole trip giving him a brief outline of what we wanted to see and his communication from the outset was brilliant, even before we arrived in Jordon he was keeping us updated. Our trip started in Amman and included, Jerash, Petra and Wadi Rum, Ismail organised everything including travel, hotels and places to eat, he even added an extra trip to the Dead Sea which was great and totally unexpected. Ismail provided a degree of flexibility which was greatly appreciated.. Ismail advised us on the best places to eat and joined us on a number of occasions to provide background and information about the local area and the restaurants. All the restaurants were superb and reasonably priced, Ismail took us to one very special place which was the best meal of the trip. A unique and memorable experience for which we give Ismail all the credit.

5.00Ismail is an incredible guide! We were lucky enough to meet him the evening before our tour to go over the plan, and we left that meeting very excited for the next day. We started early to avoid the crowds and the afternoon heat, and I highly recommend doing the same. From the moment we began, Ismail’s personality shone through. He is friendly, funny and full of character, which made the whole experience so enjoyable. He is a true historian with an impressive depth of knowledge about Petra. What makes his tour so special is the way he brings history to life with photos, artifacts and engaging storytelling. As an engineer, he also explains the Nabataean water systems and ancient building methods in fascinating detail. It is a completely new way to understand Petra. His English is excellent and he was so patient with all our questions. The tour was the perfect mix of education and fun. On our departure day he even made the effort to meet us to say goodbye. It was such a thoughtful and lovely touch that meant a lot to us. If you are coming to Petra, this is the tour to book! You will walk away with a far richer understanding than you would on your own. We had the best day and our hearts are with Petra and with Ismail. He is more than a guide and his passion and kindness will make your visit unforgettable.

5.00Ismail is the greatest and my trip to Petra and the overall knowledge of how to see the site was so valuable. Ismail is the consummate professional tour guide and definitely will show you the things a lot of tourist will not to get to see. He is truly my brother from another mother and I would highly recommend going on his tour. He is the best you will find.
