5.00We booked this excursion really last minute but Linda handled our trip with great efficiency - she was quick and informative! Fang was our driver for the day and he far exceeded our expectations! We had quite a stressful and long trip to Beijing and were awful at remembering directions/meeting points - Fang was patient with us, planned things in advance for us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He ended up helping us for 12hrs with no complaint! His boss even got us cold coffees when we were falling asleep in the car... It was a lovely surprise to arrive at The Great Wall at 33°C with a cold brew to tide us over! We didn't have a guide but this was one of the best bookings we've made on Viator (and we make quite a few)!

5.00The experience was very positive: before the departure the local tour operator, Linda, contacted me and provided all the details, promptly responding to my requests. She was also supportive in Beijing, always in touch via whatsapp. The driver, Davis, was very kind, helpful, patient and nice. Speaking excellent English he also guided us a bit during the tour. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00Driver was friendly and picked us up from the airport as arranged. They had organised the car seat as requested for our toddler. Car was spacious and comfortable and due to the time of our flight we arrived very early at the great wall just as things were opening and beat the crowds. We then went to the forbidden city however were dropped off up the road to walk down and we ended up getting slightly lost. I had switched off roaming however had to switch it on to enable WhatsApp. It also meant we were a bit rushed getting through the forbidden city.
