Do you want to have fun during the cold winter and the snow to become your best friend for at least one day? If you have always wanted to learn how to ski but thought that it is expensive, scary, or time-consuming give us a chance to change all of these concepts. Join us on this adventure on the slopes of the beautiful Vitosha Mountain! It's just half an hour from Sofia's city center. You have no equipment - no problem - we have taken care of this. You will receive the skis and the boots. Your introduction to skiing will be done by а professional who will do his best to teach you and lead you in the world of real winter fun. There are special small slopes for beginners where your first steps in skiing will take place. Please note that the group will be small and you will receive personal attention from the instructor. The lessons will take around 3 hours; by the end of the day, you will have taken your first ski adventure.

At 9:30 am we will pick you up from your hotel/accommodation in Sofia and drive you or use the cabin lift (depending on the road conditions) to Aleko hut where your instructor will wait for you. There you will receive a ski and boots (if you need more clothes, please let us know in advance). When you are ready you will hit the slopes where the fun starts. The instructor will evaluate your skills and make a suitable plan for the group. After you learn some basic drills and exercises you will be ready to move and practice the techniques on some easy slopes Of course, this is up to your instructor's decision. It will depend on your skills and capabilities. The day training will include a ski lesson with a total time of 4 hours with a lunch break. After the training, you can rest in Aleko Hut, where you can eat or drink something to regain your strength. Of course, this is up to the group. You can choose to go back to Sofia immediately. When we finish with the activities we will take you back to your hotel/accommodation or any point in Sofia. Don’t miss the chance to learn how to ski this winter in Vitosha! 5.00Daniel drove us to Mt Vitosha and he was very knowledgeable about the area etc. His English was amazing and he couldn't do enough to help us. He stayed with us for a little while during our lesson as the instructor English wasn't as good as his..this helped massively. We mentioned we wanted to try bulgarian food to Daniel and he sorted this for our lunch. The skiing lessons were great and everyone was super friendly. 100% recommend.

5.00There is no better way to try skiing. Such a hastle free trip… everything is organised… collection from hotel, ski lifts, equipment, clothing. Our guide was amazing- friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all patient. We will definitely do this again. Absolutely amazing. Thank you.

5.00Could not fault our day on the slopes , we were collected from our hotel by Alex , who took care of everything from the lift passes to the equipment to the clothing ! This was our first time skiing and he was a patient , encouraging and enthusiastic teacher . Our 12 year old son took to him straight away and when he got frustrated with his efforts Alex was there to support encourage him and make him laugh ! Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be back to try something else Thanks for a great day

5.00During our visit in Bulgaria, we came across the offer going to ski to Vitosha mountain. Our great experience began in the morning Alex came exactly on time to pick us up in front of the hotel with a big smile and excellent English. Draw us upward to the lift and even stop the car getting the coffee for my wife. During the drive, we got a lot of historical and actual explanations about Bulgaria and Sofia. The experience continued on the ski slope where Alex presented a complete and perfect carving style explaining to us an easy way. My daughter was the first one to accomplish the technique as she is riding roller skates every day in Dxb. I am giving the highest rating to Alex and highly recommend him to enjoy your day on Vitosha mountain on skies while visiting Sofia.

5.00We took Air bnb in Sofia. Alex the ski instructor came to pick us up and took us to the mountain. We didn’t have to deal with the ski pass or rentals. He took care of everything. The kids had a great time and the ski lesson was very nice!
Great option while visiting Sofia!

5.00We have enjoyed our tour. Alex, our instructor/guide was great. We got picked up on time, we got all of the necessary equipment, and got to learn a lot about downhill skiing. Alex is a really good instructor.
