I have been working in culture for many many years, ending up managing my own film festival, running various other events worldwide, working in marketing and business in design field as well. No matter what my previous job was, I have always enjoyed cooking and storytelling based on food and its origin. I have also enjoyed fine dining, collecting recipes and experimenting with them. "

5.00Bret our host did an excellent job of showing us the techniques and recipes of Prague. The kitchen was traditional and easy to work in. We can’t wait to re create them at home. We would recommend this tour.

5.00This was a great change of pace from the walking and bus tours! Love the local touch: the neighborhood, the market, the locale, and of course, the chefs! It was nice to be “hands on”. The chefs made you feel comfortable with serving as mini sous chefs. And let’s not forget about the foods: appetizer to dessert, made by us! Thank you, Chefs!
