・Sushi Making Course -9 Nigiri-Sushi & 3 Gunkan-maki

・Temari-Sushi Making Course-9 Temari-Sushi & 2 Gunkan-maki

・Sushi Roll Making course (OR Vegetarian Roll)

-12 Sushi Roll & 3 Gunkan-maki

※For vegetarian meals, specify number of vegetarian rolls in 'Special requirements'.

※Kids course includes 9 pieces. If your child can eat 12 pieces, the adult course is fine

■SCHEDULE

90-min. session.

After a lecture on the history of Japanese cuisine and sushi,

you'll get hands-on experience making Sushi, and then

enjoy eating the Sushi you've made!
