1.00The Tour operator was impossible to find & I had to hire a Golf Cart & driver to find them. After driving around for 10-15 minutes looking for them, he parked under a tree & said that the would arrive in 5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, no tour Operator arrived, there were no other guests around and no ATV's in sight, so we walked back to the ship. Accordingly, I would request a full refund in view of the above tour which was not taken.

5.00Fun experience, ended up with a private tour of the island. Very professional guide who immediately resolved an issue when one ATV unexpectedly turned off.
Absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional. Screaming at each other!

1.00Do NOT use this service. EXTREMELY CONCERNED FOR PERSONAL SAFETY. No signage for pickup as described in the app. Guide arrived late. Paperwork didn't match name of company on the app. Staff were screaming at each other on the phone. Very unsettling for travelers! Guy refuses to refund even though we told him our concerns!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

5.00We enjoyed our trip! They were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend if you want to support local businesses and have a more personable experience on the island. Excellent professionalism and customer service. They even stopped so that we could get photos by the grand Turks signs.

5.00Pick up was smooth and efficient. Marshall was a great tour guide. It’s was a great mix of seeing the island and off-roading. He was very observant even when my phone flew off during the ride and immediately stopped the line. Great first time experience.

5.00I booked the Let's Ride Adventure ATV tour during my visit to Grand Turk, and it was hands-down one of the best experiences of my trip! The team was professional, welcoming, and made sure everyone felt comfortable before we hit the trails. The ATVs were easy to handle and in great condition. The tour itself was the perfect mix of excitement and sightseeing. We rode through scenic backroads, passed historic sites, and even cruised along the coastline with breathtaking ocean views. Our guide shared fun facts and local stories that added so much depth to the ride.
