Tarpon Feeding Dock
The Tarpon Feeding stop is by far one of the highlights of the tour. We like to say, if you’re not fully awake yet, this is the stop that’s guaranteed to get your heart pumping! Tarpon are massive fish that can grow up to 8 feet long and weigh as much as 300 pounds. Feeding these leaping giants is an unforgettable experience you definitely don’t want to miss when visiting Caye Caulker.
Mesoamerican Reef (Belize Barrier Reef)
The Belize Barrier Reef is approximately 287 miles long. On a full-day tour from Caye Caulker, you’ll be exploring just a small portion of its magnificence. Our next stop is only 8 minutes away from Caye Caulker, where we’ll search 2 to 3 main areas of the reef for manatees. Once found, we’ll snorkel with them—of course—while maintaining a respectful distance and avoiding any touching or harassment of these majestic creatures. If we’re not lucky at first, we’ll continue to other stops and try again on our way back to Caye Caulker.

5.00We signed up for this tour thinking it was primarily Hol Chan and Shark Alley, but it was so much more. Allwin and EJ did a great job providing multiple experiences and ensuring we saw some great marine life. Highly recommend!

5.00The last day of our special birthday trip to Caye Caulker was spent on the boat with the best tour/snorkling guides, Al and EJ from Blackhawk Tours! They were super cool guys, very fun and very knowledgeable. We saw everything and more than we were promised, including the most beautiful male and female couple of manatees that let us just float along and hang out with them in the water for as long as we wanted. EJ is an expert diver, safely drawing hidden animals out from their camouflage and explaining everything in great detail. And the lunch, fruit, and rum punch were perfect! Couldn’t imagine a better day, and an extremely competitive price as well. Do yourself a favor and book with these guys! Walk into the office and chat with Kelvin, he’ll hook you up!

5.00Fantastic tour, didn’t love the shark feedings (bad for wildlife) but the guides were kind and passionate about conservation. They did everything in their power to make sure we had the best experience possible, and I appreciated the smaller size of the group seeing what some of the other boats out there looked like

5.00We had an amazing full day snorkelling trip with Blackhawk Tours Belize and would highly recommend it. Al kept everyone laughing all day, while EJ was so informative about the marine life — they both made the whole experience fun, relaxed and professional. By the end of the day our group of 12 all felt like friends, so shout out to everyone for making it such a great day! They were also incredibly kind and attentive to my mother, who was a little less confident in the water, and made her feel completely at ease throughout the trip. If you’re at all nervous about snorkelling, you’ll be in very safe hands. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, manatees, turtles, sharks, tarpons, sting rays, barracuda, coral and loads of tropical fish - truly unforgettable. Lunch was also fantastic, a plentiful homecooked packed lunch with fresh fruit afterwards. Definitely go for the baked chicken! You will also leave with several free photos and videos they take or let you take with their own GoPro. I didn’t even really need my own phone, they have you covered. Overall, a brilliantly run experience that was absolutely worth the money and one of the highlights of our Belize trip. Thank you thank you to the entire team (office team included too)!

5.00Honestly, I travel a lot and it is the best tour for price value I’ve experienced. Also, way way cheaper than san pedro. The guides (aj and Al, showed a lot of respect for the marine life, also they took the time to look for the manatee and dolphins with us. We were really lucky to be fair, we saw turtles, stingray, sharks , heels, fed tarpoons, manatee and dolphins. (Wich are not garanteed). Thank you again for that incredible day. Gearing is also good, and food. That is our highlight in belize so far, I recommand :)

5.00Al and EJ made our trip incredible! We were able to experience many areas near the reef with only our small intimate group. The scenery was spectacular. Our guides went above and beyond to make sure we had the best access, the best timing. They got us onto all the swims and adventures so enthusiastically. Their knowledge of this area put us exactly where we needed to be, right when we needed to be there. When we got to the end of the day, we were running a bit ahead because of their knowledge. Zero pressure to move faster. We got to spend as much time as we wanted at each location. But rather than return us early, they gave us a private tour of several sights on the way back. 10/10 would book with them again, requesting these two. Will do so on our next trip back.

5.00We have snorkeled all over the Caribbean and this was by far the best snorkel trip we’ve ever been on!! That says something! Alwyn and Al (the “A” team) were incredible. Informative, charismatic and fun. The perfect blend of professional and relaxed which is hard to do well. They took great care of all of us and made us feel safe and special. We had an extremely lucky day and got to see all of the wildlife we were hoping for - nurse sharks, sea turtles, eagle rays, manatees and even a surprise dolphin at the end. Lunch was delicious and we never felt rushed to get from spot to spot. Would book again with them in a heartbeat!
