Lima Gourmet Tour – Get ready to taste up to 17 different savors! Spend a Lima 5 hours discovering Peruvian gastronomy by dining at the tables of some of Lima’s newest generation of chefs.

This gourmet experience will allow you to travel around Peru through its incredible biodiversity, and learn more about its numerous ecosystems. Live a true gastronomic journey through the three regions of Peru, selva, sierra and costa.

You will start this culinary journey, with a Peruvian chocolate and cacao workshop – definitely the best way to get your taste buds going! The experience will continue with Andean bites where you will learn about the flora and fauna of this unique region, and get more familiar with some foods that you probably never heard about before. Then, it will be the Amazon’s turn! Although we often refer to Peru’s three regions, you will learn that there’s more to it at this stop. You will savour different spices and ingredients that grow in the Peruvian jungle. We will then head to the next restaurant featuring the Pacific Coast. You will get to savour fresh fish, seafood and other unusual ingredients from the sea cooked in diversified and fascinating ways! And guess what: there will be dessert… if you can finish everything! During this Lima Gourmet Tour, you will be invited to discover a series of exquisite bites that showcases how biodiversity-rich Peru is, while digging head-first into Peruvian history and culture. Every bite has a story to tell!

This food tour was one of the most unique and insight ful I have ever been a part of. We sampled food from the three distinct regions of Peru at some of the most amazing top rated restaurants in South America. Our guide Marcos was friendly and so knowledgeable of the areas featured as well as the historical background for all dishes sampled. This is definitely a tour that I can highly recommend!

Marcus provided an amazing experience - introduced us to the management and servers in each restaurant. Along with the servers explained each dish- best selection and range of different regional cuisines. The places we went were each unique and incredible. A culinery experience like no where else in the world.

We did a private food tour with Ceci who was our tour guide and it exceeded all my expectations! The restaurants we visited were absolutely fantastic—each one not only offered delicious dishes but also went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. What stood out even more was the tour’s focus on educating us about the culinary traditions of each region. Ceci provided fascinating explanations about what each region represents, helping us truly appreciate the history, flavors and cultural significance of every bite. It wasn’t just a food tour—it was a journey through stories, traditions, and tastes. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves good food and wants to connect with its origins in a meaningful way. A perfect blend of hospitality, knowledge, and flavor! We even got to see live music at the Limana restaurant which was the second restaurant of the night and our personal favourite.

Ceci our guide was incredible! Her knowledge and passion for the food and culture was contagious. We tried at least 15 delicious Peruvian dishes and left very happy and satisfied.
