Learn the story of Lisbon through its gastronomy on a three hour walking tour with food tastings.

This tour is a unique way to discover Lisbon through the flavors and history of its restaurants, cafes, small taverns and grocery stores. We'll give voice to chefs, grocers, cooks, true experts of well serving food art. We'll keep in mind the main aspects of the Mediterranean diet, now listed as a UNESCO heritage: fresh, local and seasonal produce, olive oil as the main fat for cooking; coexistence among the people at the table.

Elena was a wonderful guide during our food tour! Her knowledge of the history of the area along with her culinary recommendations were superb. We stopped at a famous bookshop where she showed us books of local food by region. Her enthusiasm was infectious. She read each of us well and pointed things out she knew we’d like. Highly recommend this tour. Very tasty!

Helena brought us to spots that we never would have found on our own. In the process she gave a city tour with stories and advice on where to go later. Lisbon is very hilly and she also found us the easiest way to get around. It was a fun and memorable time

We lucked out with our guide, Sophia. She was absolutely wonderful, fun, and very knowledgeable. This was one of our favorite experiences we did our entire trip. Definitely recommend!

Tour to discover the city and its precious places with the guide Anna. What about it? It made us fall in love with the place, its history, its views, involving us in every minute of the tour. Anna was our guide for a few hours in Lisbon. He told us stories and anecdotes of this city making us discover small glimpses to admire it at its best. In the middle of the morning we tasted together a nice pastel with a good coffee stopping in the main street of Lisbon. Anna is really nice and very prepared, you can see that she loves her job. I highly recommend everyone to join this tour to discover the real Lisbon. Thank you Anna for accompanying us during our trip

My husband and I enjoyed the food and culture tour. Carla, Our guide was wonderful. She gave us a lot of history and made us feel as if we were just friends walking around Lisbon having a nice afternoon. She selected some nice examples of Portuguese food, drinks and pastries! Doing this tour at the start of your Lisbon visit is a good idea. It helps you to feel a little more comfortable selecting and ordering food and drinks later on during your trip !
