  Great experience with Basith as a guide. Beautiful places away from everything, excellent food, guide to little care for us. We even had our little sandstorm 😁. Too bad it only lasted 24 hours...

  We booked a weekend with Basith which will remain among our most beautiful discoveries. Our driver Salam picked us up at home: super convenient! We visited a camel farm, performed dune bashing (super chauffeur) , after a break in an oasis we were able to enjoy a superb sunset in the dunes of Liwa followed by a meal prepared by our hosts. The sunrise in the dunes of Liwa is an unforgettable sight. We recommend liwa adventures for your desert outings.   This safari was one of the best experiences we have ever had! Our guide Basith was great, very professional, expert, and kind, and everything was perfect! Basith drove us through the desert, up and down the dunes, we could enjoy amazing views, see the sunset and sunrise from the top of a dune looking at the desert (beautiful!), have delicious dinner and breakfast (all food was fresh and so tasty, we really liked the barbecue!), admire the night sky full of starts sitting close to a bonfire, and sleep in a tent in the middle of the desert. Also our 3-year-old daughter had wonderful time, Basith made everything perfet also for her! Thank you so much Basith and Liwa Adventure Tours & Safari for this unforgettable experience! Really really recommend!

  Our overnight camping trip with Liwa Adventures was nothing short of extraordinary—a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will stay in our hearts forever. Being in the middle of the vast desert, surrounded by golden dunes, and witnessing the majestic transitions of nature—the sunset, the starlit sky, and the magical sunrise—was absolutely breathtaking. The adventure began with thrilling dune drives, and we can’t praise our expert drivers, Bashit and Hafiq, enough! Their skillful maneuvers down the towering dunes made the experience exhilarating yet perfectly safe. They made sure every moment was filled with joy and excitement, giving us memories to cherish forever. The camping setup was beyond our expectations. The camps and beds were incredibly comfortable, offering a touch of luxury amidst the desert’s raw beauty. The dinner and breakfast arrangements were impeccable—honestly, they felt like dining in a five-star resort under a canopy of stars. The food was delicious, and the attention to detail in the arrangements spoke volumes about their dedication to guest satisfaction. Sandboarding down the dunes added a touch of adventure, and the overall planning of the trip was seamless. The hospitality of the Liwa Adventures team is beyond words—they took care of every tiny detail, making us feel special and cared for throughout the journey. • Unforgettable - You have to do this amazing tour!

  This experience is up there as one of the best I've ever done. It was a solo tour, just me and my guide Basith. He was AMAZING - I was so impressed at his skill driving on the dunes, some the height of a 30 story building with an incline that felt almost vertical. We stopped at an oasis and met the man there who offered us sweet tea and dates under the palm trees. From there on to a great spot to watch the sun go down. Then we drove on to a sheltered spot where Basrith set up the camp, set the table and started the BBQ. Dinner was delicious. I lay on the ground until about 2am just watching the stars. No light pollution here! I saw several shooting stars which made it even more special. Next day we stopped at a camel farm on the way back to the city. If you're doing a layover I highly recommend this tour - you'll come away with some very special wonderful memories and amazing photos.   We had a wonderful time with Basith, the driver of Liwa Adventure, he is a real pro in terms of driving in the desert, the material for the camping was like new, so clean! The food was more than plenty and delicious. All my requirements were full filled and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends in Dubai.   Our guide was very kind and a good driver. We saw a lot of different landscapes (dunes, oasis , gazelles. Camel farm). The camp was five stars ! I recommend!!

  Fantastic experience : one full day on another planet. Basith, our driver and guide, has been excellent, a true professional and passionated person. We go back full of unforgetable souvenirs. I strongly advise this tour.

  We did the Liwa overnight safari early January 2024. After having driven through the same dunes on our own 15 years ago during when when we were based in the UAE, we wanted to show this unique place and share the desert experience with our children (12y and 14y). Coming this time as tourists, we had no choice but to use the services of a local agency. We must say we got exactly what we came for: a genuine 24 hours tour across Liwa we’ll never forget. Ref equipment and comfort we could not expect more; tents, mattresses, chairs, quantity and quality of food, fire at night under the stars,… nothing was missing. But it takes an orchestra conductor to put the score into music. Basith is the (brilliant) one. His 20 years experience allows him to go on his own in the dunes, so we were completely alone, not in a convoy of several cars. Upon demand , he had a sporty approach for the kids going up and down the dunes to have or a smooth one when we wanted to enjoy and relax. Basith has a perfect reading of the dunes so he could take us at the top of the Liwa dunes for the sunset. At the camp, Basith did almost, if not all. While the kids preferred to go sandboarding and were admiring the sunset, he was kind enough to set up all tents, prepare all the meals. I tell you…. 5 stars service !! we could not expect more than what Liwa Adventures and Safari arranged for us. I wish many of you can enjoy the same experience. We’ll definitely come back.
