5.00We had booked a full day shore excursion, as well as an evening tour to view the Northern Lights. Unfortunately, due to weather, our ship had to cancel our port stop in Gravdal. Heart of Lofoten was very accommodating and promptly refunded our full payments for both tours to the credit card which had been charged. They went above and beyond what they were required to do. I hope to make my way to Lofoten Islands one day, and I will not hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommend!

5.00Love the flexibility of this company. I let the know as soon as we found out our cruise ship was not going to make port the next day and pleasantly suprised to get a full refund. I believe their policy was to not refund deposit and so supeised when they did . They were very easy to work with, especially for handicap people. I found some of the companies in the area would not accept mobility scooter users on their tours and this company was happy to! Will use again in the future.

5.00Sadly I did not get to take this tour because bad weather necessitated changing ports and canceling all shore excursions. However I wanted to commend Andrea Selva and the whole Heart of Lofoten crew for their professionalism and friendliness throughout the booking/cancelation process,

5.00We booked both day and chasing lights night tours with Heart of Lofoten. They offer excellent choices and were very easy to communicate. Sadly at last minute our cruise ship has to cancel the port of call due to poor weather condition. They immediately refunded our money. Highly highly recommend this company.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Andrea. He was waiting for us at the port in Leknes and brought us on a breathtaking tour of West Lofoten. He brought us to all of the iconic picture sites from Haukland Beach to A. He allowed us to stay at each site as long as we pleased without rushing us on to the next stop. He was a pleasure to spend the day with. Don’t hesitate to book Andrea’s tour. You won’t be disappointed.

5.00The fishing villages were our greatest interest in the area South of Lofoten. We were amazed to see so much more. There were beautiful white sand beaches. The mountains were spectacular with bright colored homes and barns. We saw sheep with their young. Andrea made multiple stops at the best places for photos. The villages around and in Reine were the best. We were so fortunate to have blue skies for much of the day. But Andrea’s knowledge of this area in particular and Norway in general made the day a much richer experience we will not forget.

5.00Relaxed, informative, individual tour through beautiful scenery! We booked the tour as a cruise ship excursion. While the ship's internal tour took a bus, our guide - Andrea - was waiting with a 9 seater just for our family. Andrea told us lots of interesting things about the country, people and landscape while driving us to the most beautiful spots in the south of the archipelago. Emerging questions developed a friendly conversation atmosphere in the car. Andrea, however, through his unobtrusive nature also let us be room for simple- enjoyment and for us-. A wonderful way to experience the beauty of Lofoten in a small group.

5.00a small group tour was so perfect for visiting. Our guide Alicja was so responsive to our wishes and happy to slow down or speed up and find the best places for us that often tour buses would not find. She was so knowledgeable and helpful to those in our group who needed extra help. Our group was from a tour boat and we were returned exactly at the time we requested. A really wonderful and unique day.

5.00Whatsapp plans are flexible and have good feedback. Safe and comfortable driving. They took us to beautiful places and helped us take a lot of photos. Also brought us a meal and a delicious lunch.
