You will be picked up from your Hotel or Address and taken directly to St Pancras Station. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

We had excellent service both to and later from the station. Drivers were polite and knowledgeable of London roads. The driver who took us to the station helped us get out bearings as we were dropped off. Due to an unforseen delay during our pickup at 10:40 PM, the dispatcher contacted me directly by phone. He kindly insisted on staying with us via phone until the substitute driver arrived and found where we were waiting. To me this was truly 5 star service. Unfortunately circumstances arrive in life. It's how it was handled that made this a stand out service for me. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!
