Adam was our guide and not only lead us on a wonderful tour of the gardens - helping us maximize our time there - but he was also solicitous, understanding and respectful when my husband experienced an unanticipated medical incident. We were fortunate to be on the tour with another person who even though we’d never met turned out to be a fun and helpful fellow traveler. We highly recommend this tour- it made our first time at this beautiful landmark memorable and fulfilling.

We had perfect weather and a great guide. James was so knowledgeable and about Philadelphia history. My sisters and I chose to wander the gardens on our own . Longwood is so worth seeing. The expanse of flowers, trees, fountains and history was mind boggling. I would go back many times if I lived in Philadelphia. We found out too late about being able to get a motorized cart. My sister was in a wheelchair and would have loved using a cart.

Amazing guide … exceptional knowledge. Beautiful drive to the Longwood gardens and she made it so interesting. We learnt a lot. But you need a full day for this tour and we really were disappointed not to have time to see all that was on offer.

Longwood Garden was rated as number one garden in America 3/2025- We met driver at 9:00, got to the garden around 10:15. Left at 12:30. Had 2 hours to spend at garden. As Mother’s Day weekend quite crowded. Conservatory was nice but otherwise underwhelmed

This was my second time taking this tour. Marty was an excellent guide, a history expert! We learned so much and enjoyed the garden conservatory on a cold, windy day. Two years ago we toured with the same company and our guide then was excellent as well. We were so happy they changed their pickup location to right outside the convention center. I am always looking for opportunities to learn about the area I am visiting and of course, Philadelphia is rich with early American history. Marty was a wealth of knowledge!

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Philadelphia! Our tour guide, Marty, was very knowledgeable about the history and geology of the area, and kept us entertained all the way to Longwood. Once there, he escorted us around the garden grounds and described the history of the DuPont estate. He gave us free time to enjoy the inside attractions, and was very considerate of our schedule. Marty even found time for one more stop we wanted to make. This company was very reliable, safe, and considerate! 5 Stars 😊

When Longwood Gardens’ timed holiday tickets were sold out, WeVenture got us in! We met up with our guide, James, promptly at the entrance (he had already started to communicate with us the day before!) James knew the best paths to see everything, including hidden gems and places not to be missed as well as having a wealth of info to relate. His pace was our pace. After James took us on one complete loop (around 3.5 hours) we stayed 3.5 more having dinner and enjoying the lights, conservatory, music and fountains a bit more.
