  Very thoughtful and knowledgeable guide and professional driver. The bus tour was on time. We love the convenience of visiting different point of interests without having to find a parking spot if we have rented a car.

  We enjoyed being able to hop on and off the bus and were able to spend time at several different locations. The only downside was that at one stop, even though we were standing right by the sign, the bus driver didn't stop and went right on by.

  My wife and I were forced to walk a good part of this tour because bus because buses stopped running to certain stops the bus tour guide failed to tell us that the buses would no longer be stopping at a certain location. As a result, we waited for almost an hour For the bus to arrive when the bus did not come I had to call the office to find out what was going on it was only then that I learned that they had stopped making runs to that stop. This was completely unacceptable on a 100° day. I would not recommend this tour

  There is no bus today and no one told us!! Shame for making us walk down here and get here and there is no bus!! Shame!!

  We were very excited about this tour, but we were quickly frustrated. Our family got on the upper level of the bus, had to clean and dry off seats because it had rained hours prior, and we waited to start our tour. We went one block where the host talked about how Philly is the pothole capital of the world and how we could not visit the most important of the sites we wanted to see (Betsey Ross house, the mint etc) because of road closures. We were not told this when we purchased the tickets, or we wouldn't have purchased them. We were then told that we had to exit the bus because of a parade that was happening behind the bus and we had to walk 2 blocks back to another stop. We got on another bus and waited another half hour to get moving. The bus trip was informative but not in depth. It was absolutely not worth the money we paid as a family. We were all disappointed that 45 minutes of our day was wasted waiting, that we had to clean and dry seats, that they skipped 8 stops and that we didn't get the informational tour that we expected. Reading market was lovely though.
