1.00Elise allowed a group member to hold up the group for an unauthorized inclusion. The instructions clearly stated NO Wheelchairs could be included in this group. However, Elise allowed this person to cause confusion and delay the beginning of the tour for more than 40 minutes due to rerouting up 3 flights of stairs to accommodate the person in the wheelchair. The disclosure CLEARLY states that this was not a part of this particular tour. I phoned Viator Customer Service (Dennis), )immediately following the disappointment of having a disruption of the tour and having to leave after looking forward to this event for years.

5.00Michelle was our guide and was excellent and very very sweet. She had extensive knowledge of the museum exhibits and was able to explain the different pieces at our different levels. I learned SO much. The museum itself is overwhelming so 3 hours was a lot and she understood that. Where seating was available she encouraged us to sit and listen to her stories of the exhibits. Additionally at the end of the tour she followed us back to the lockers and to the exit to ensure we had no issues. We are very avid proponents of the City Wonders tour groups which are available in some of the larger European cities. They are our “go to” for planning whenever they are available. My above review is their standard of service. I have only had one complaint with them over the years and when it happened they took it very seriously and followed up with me immediately. I highly recommend the tour of the Louvre and especially the City Winders company

4.00The tour guide did her best in an absolutely packed Skip the Line tour. It was so busy with a 45 minute wait to get in through security. Obviously, the museum itself was amazing and our guide tried to keep us together, but we lost some people along the way. Wonderful art here and not to be missed.

5.00So glad we got Sid as our tour guide for this very special tour! Not only did he guide us through this very complicated place but he was so well versed in French history and art history! A great sense of humor helped us relax and enjoy the beautiful art and atmosphere of the Louvre. The actual tour was 3+ hours!
