This tour was specifically designed to highlight the most famous works of the Louvre Museum. Entering the Louvre through the original Medieval structure from the 12th century, join your guide on a journey from one breathtaking gallery to the next as you travel through time visiting works from 450 BCE through to the 1800s.

It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.

5.00We had an amazing time, this was a trip we’ve wanted to do our entire life. There was a Lourve workers strike, that almost cancelled the tour. Florence kept calm and said the strike would only delay the opening. We started late but she did a great job guiding us through the museum and telling us the wonderful history of the art, the museum and country of France.

5.00Pierre was my amazing, well travelled tour guide. I was happy that I chose to book a tour versus trudging through that very large museum on my own. I love the idea of art history and Pierre took me and my group of abt 12 through some of the highlights of that approx 9 mile, 3 hour tour through history. He was easy to hear, easy to understand and presented as someone who had an extensive grasp of the history of the pieces he was introducing us to. He paid attention to the group and attempted to be engaging by asking questions. I think the kids in the group got most of the questions correct. Pierre also did a great job of marshaling us through the other tours and the many other people milling about the museum. He gave the right amount of attention to the pieces that were highlighted. I had a great time. I learned some more things and got to see so many pieces that I’d only seen in books. Oh. He also gave us a brief history of the museum structure and the additions of the pyramid and…a quick synopsis of “the heist” in front of the blocked of exhibit area. Do some reading before you go. It will enhance your experience. Thank you Pierre. You were wonderful. I will answer questions on the pieces we saw if asked.

1.00Can’t say, never got to the museum. Nothing more to say, we were within two hours of our Louvre tour and got a text cancelling it. And without any mention of a refund!

1.00We met the group at the Arc du Carousel. Our tour guide gave us audio equipment and we continued into the Louvre lobby. She suggested everyone use the restroom, took the men to one on the left, and the rest of the people that wanted lockers up to the lockers. We waited at the designated spot where she never returned. She knew how many people were in the group and she made no effort to find the two of us. She would have had two extra tickets. No one should ever use this to our company.

5.00What an unforgettable day at the Louvre! My daughter and I joined a tour led by Addi, who was smart, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. She had a group of about 20 people from all over the world laughing, learning, and feeling completely at ease. Addi’s energy and storytelling made the masterpieces come alive, and she managed to keep everyone—kids, adults, and seasoned travelers—engaged from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour if you want history, humor, and heart all rolled into one!

5.00tour guide was great! So great to have someone who knew where to go and gave great descriptions and background. We had to wait to get into louvre because of a strike- even standing to wait she discussed the history of the louvre
