Throughout your exploration, our knowledgeable guide, will accompany you, providing fascinating insights into the region's rich history, vibrant present, cultural customs, language and traditions. Starting with a convenient hotel pick-up, we'll whisk you away from Kriens to Sonnenberg, offering an unforgettable perspective of Lucerne during the funicular journey (available in summer only). Subsequently, our guide will lead you through an idyllic path.
You'll have the opportunity to visit a farm and explore their shop, where you can acquire local produce. Additionally, we'll taste some of locally made cheese.
At the end, your guide will ensure a safe return to the Lucerne Train Station.

5.00Jack was engaging and informative! I really felt as though this tour exposed me to a crevice of Lucerne that only locals would know of— I absolutely would not have been able to discover this on my own.

5.00Dave was an AMAZING tour guide. We didn't know what to expect with this farm tour, but it went beyond our hopes. Walking through local farms, learning about the history of the region and eating delicious cheeses was unique, fun and entertaining. I would give this 6 stars or more if possible. Highly recommend!

5.00Tour Guide Dave was very informative and friendly. The tour was light on cheese and farms (1 farm stop and 1 packaged cheese tasting). However, the information we learned about Switzerland from Dave was worth it and the views were nice. There was also a cool historic funicular involved.
Scenery, animals, cheese and a great guide!

5.00Such an amazing tour with Lou. Perfect way to spend a day in the countryside just outside the city. Beautiful farms and experience. The fresh cheese was amazing and the scenery was the cherry on top. Lou was the perfect guide. Knowledgeable, friendly, and so prepared with everything you could need. Highly recommend this tour! One of our favorites guides from any vacation to date.

5.00Leo was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about Swiss history and gave us good tips for navigating the transportation system. We rode the funicular up to Sonnenberg and the farm we visited there was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the cows and the garden and sampling the fresh milk. We had a delicious picnic of cheese, bread and apple cider from the farm before hiking back to Lucerne. Highly recommend for the start of your visit to Lucerne.

5.00We had an amazing experience all thanks to our AMAZING tour guide Amalia! The tour had great views, cheese, strawberries, apple juice, and cows! Can not stress enough how perfect this tour was. We felt welcomed and part of the community.
