4.00Gustavo checked in with us before the tour. He made sure we knew the meeting place as there was a last minute change. He was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor he was pleasant and made the tour fun and interesting. I would recommend this tour.

1.00The guide showed up late for tour, didn’t have any knowledge about the sights, attended multiple personal calls while on the tour. He was on his phone all the time trying to look up maps to take us to different sights. One family left the tour mid-way because the tour was not informative and for the last sight, the tour guide’s phone died so he had to borrow my phone for directions

5.00Superb tour lead by Ana. Great insider tips and explanations of historical sights. She also provided enlightening insight into the culture and traditions of Switzerland as depicted in the architecture and monuments. Best tour on our trip.

3.00After having read such positive reviews of this tour, I signed up for it with much anticipation. However, the tour turned out to be quite underwhelming. The guide seemed to be on auto-pilot as she went through the motions. And the tour ended 30 minutes earlier than promised, and in a place that was not where Viator says it will. About 12 hours before the 10:00 AM tour was scheduled to begin, I received a message informing me that the tour was cancelled due to the guide’s “personal inconvenience”. However, I was also offered the option of joining the 3:00 PM tour. Having no other choice and it being the only day I was going to be able to see Lucerne, I hastily rearranged my schedule for the day and accepted the offer to take the 3:00 PM tour. There were five of us on the tour. When we were about to begin the tour, I asked the guide whether the morning tour was cancelled because there were not enough people, she said yes.

5.00Marta was a great tour guide - very pleasant and informative. She paced the tour well, pointed out some of the local spots that don't get a lot of tourists. Lots of recommendations for free time as well. Highly recommend.
