The cog wheel train doesn’t begin for another 2 days. I’m disappointed that we missed it. Otherwise it was excellent.

Our guide was a wealth of knowledge sharing a lot of Lucerne history. She did a great job leading our tour. If there was anything I’d change it would be going through three churches, maybe 2 and add something else to change it up a bit.

This was an excellent tour of Lucerne giving both historical and current information about the city. Our tour guide, Marta, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and engaged us in conversations about the various places that we visited. The pace of the tour was not rushed and allowed us to fully enjoy learning about Lucerne throughout the centuries. I would highly recommend this tour.

Disappointing. We are seasoned travelers and have done many tours. The guide Arnie met us at the exact point on time but finished 30 minutes earlier than planned time. There were eight in the group and he did not give detailed explanation on the sites. Poor value for the money.
Nice guide, a nice way to spend a couple of hours but would have liked more detail and more stories about the region.

Anna was great! She had a lot of knowledge & history of the different sites. It was cool to see the Lion Monument & the Chapel Bridge. Pictures don’t do them justice.

Spoke very softly, with remarkably insufficient English—didn’t know the word “democracy” for example. Didn’t give an overview or much information. The tour was booked to be 2 hours, but ended after 1 hour 20 minutes. An hour after the tour ended. I received a message from the guide offering to sell me a Swiss watch at a discount. See “ Hi again. If you are looking yo buy for a watch. I have a brand new on hand Burberry Chrono Watch for men. Good for gift. Original Price is 550CHF. I can give it for 350. Have a nice day. This is an outrage—we paid $84 dollars for this trip and feel completely ripped off
