Experience in a 2 hr. private tour, an authentic chocolate experience visiting a family owned chocolate factory which makes handmade, hand-molded chocolates that are hand-dipped at the factory. Its chocolates have won many awards at food shows around the world. Learn about every step of the production process, from tempering, preparation and cast filling to demoulding and packing. There’s also an opportunity to taste the best swiss chocolate around the chocolate world. Round up your swiss chocolate experience by decorating your own 200 gr chocolate bar with the help of a swiss master chocolatier. You can extent your adventure, in an optional 1 hour walking tour by discover Lucerne city most iconic Landmarks in a lovely walking tour visiting Chapel Bridge and Lucerne Castle.

5.00Excellent service and cleanliness for rooms, buffet, around pools. The 9 pools great except for sometimes a low level of water. But there are so many to choose from. The waterslides a must. Even though there is wear and tear in side, very well maintained inside and also the grounds very clean. We were well served by Monserath at reception of buffet. She placed our family as often as possible together (10). Sauri, waiter, met only once but he always recognized us and smiled. Wished we could have buffet not only for breakfast and lunch, but also for supper. The other restaurants were just ok for me. Food good but less selection. Staff accomodating and friendly, polite. Very little solicitation to buy..which is reassuring. Thank u to all the hardworking and deligent staff. Much appreciated. Louise

5.00Laszlo was a fantastic guide. Not only was he knowledgeable but he did a push up competition with our kids while we waited for the train and on our tour, he helped us find snow shoes for our daughter. He was kind, on time, professional, and we could not recommend him or this tour enough.

5.00Was one of our greatest experiences!!! Martina our tour guide was excellent, super kind and nice with us. Hanna our Chocolatier at Max's was amazing, teaching us who to make the chocolate and the storie behind Max Chocolatier, we love the experience and learning from it!!!! Thansk so much!!!
