We are a group of passionate artists and anthropologists who loves Lucha Libre show since little children. We've been doing this experience for a long time, so today we already know which details make you really enjoy the matches, even you don't know anything about them. We will teach you what to yell and how we Mexicans interact with the wrestlers during the show. What makes this experience unique is the personal and friendly attention, but also sharing the passion for wrestling from a Visual Artist, musician, psychologist or anthropologist who admires the characterisation and masks. We also have to say that we really love to meet people from the whole world and share Mexican Popular culture such as the Lucha Libre. That allows us to know more, understand different ways of thinking and making culture, which we think is real human richness. Fer, Leo and Sam

You will have a fun and tasty afternoon that you can only experience in Mexico City with Mexican friends. We will start by tasting the best tacos, quesadillas or guacamole in one of our favorites taquerias or Mexican restaurants, there we will have the oportunity to take also mezcal, tequila or beer while I introduce you to the history and main rules for really understanding struggle free. Then we'll reach for the Arena for a fantastic and great spectacle of wrestling! Please note that the meeting point and restaurant can change depending on the day since the hour of the wrestling shows is different each day but normally, we can meet at the Citadel.
Arena Mexico
Watching the Lucha Libre show is a must have experience in Mexico city. We will watch from 6 to 5 wrestl while we try Mexican snaks. You can also have drinks inside but you have to take advantage they only accept cash.

1.00It’s really disheartening to write this but this tour was beyond disorganized and honestly very odd. Our host Frenada was very passionate about her job which is great. However, the way she guided, spoke, and interacted with unprofessional and honestly I’m not even sure what the point of booking this tour was for my friend and I. She spoke about food poisoning and her own diarrhea as we were waiting for the tacos. It was odd and weird and not the point of why we are here. She didn’t organize properly for the booking and accommodated folks who were 45 mins late which made the whole group a good 75 minutes late for the show which is why we even booked this. My friend and I went to wait outside because we got hot and were getting uncomfortable. We communicated this to her. She got very rude and disrespectful. She even went to the point of belittling us in the group in front of strangers. She called us difficult. Mind you, my friend and I are work in helping professions which allows us to be very understanding. Overall, don’t book this tour and get your ticket off ticketmaster which I wish I knew about earlier. The tacos were mid compared to the amazing other spots in Mexico City. It is a shame that she had no sense of self regulation or customer service. Book another tour or book your own ticket.

Fun show but be warned

4.00The show was an absolute blast. The tacos were pretty good. The taco place was on a very busy street so to sit outside was very loud and smelly (exhaust fumes). The strangest thing was after we ordered our food our guide spent about 10 minutes warning us that we could get sick from eating the food. It was like she was discouraging us from eating the very thing she was selling. It was very off-putting. Also, be warned about the arena! Our seats were at the very top and there is NO ELEVATOR. We walked up about 160 steps to the top; it was daunting. Just take that into consideration if you have any physical limitations because there was no disclosure in the booking. The show itself was very entertaining and I would go again.
