We arrived at the meeting place in time. Yulia messaged us via WhatsApp to let us know where to find us. Not all guides do this. So, this was a plus for her (and us). She was knowledgeable about the area and flexible in how much time we spent at each spot. We highly recommend her for her expertise and easy going manner. Lugano is a beautiful place. We are very happy that we had her as our guide to get to know the place.

Yulia was an INCREDIBLE guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and was very happy to let us go at our own pace and ask questions about the different sites that she showed us. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone staying in Lugano. It is a great way to orient yourself within the city and learn some interesting information about its history.
