  This tour company is very reliable and trustworthy. Before the tour, they contacted us via WhatsApp to clearly communicate the meeting point and pickup details. On the morning of the tour, they shared their real-time location through WhatsApp and arrived right on time. They carefully listened to our requests, helped decide the route, and gave us helpful sightseeing recommendations based on our interests. Unlike many tours in Egypt, there was no pressure to visit overpriced souvenir shops or tourist-oriented restaurants. Instead, they even warned us to be cautious of people who try to approach tourists with such offers. Overall, it was a smooth, safe, and very comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend this company.

  Our guide, Ibrahim, was wonderful. He shared a lot of knowledge about each site we went to and we enjoyed our whole day very much. Everything went smoothly and Ibrahim gave us plenty of time at each site, we never felt rushed. We were able to take our time and enjoy ourselves. The company also communicated well about our trip and were responsive if we had any questions.

  A wonderful trip with Taj Tuir. We visited the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the tombs in the Valley of the Kings and Queens, with an enjoyable explanation from our guide, Sayed. We also went to the Temple of Medinet Habu and saw the beauty of the mountains and the Nile River during the trip while having lunch.

  We highly recommend booking a private tour with Tag Tour. In Luxor, you NEED a guide to be able to enjoy the time here and understand what you’re seeing. Tag Tour made our entire trip effortless. Here’s our experience: My husband and I arrived in Luxor with almost no plans. The moment we landed, we immediately had to bargain for a taxi from the airport to our hotel, and it was definitely overpriced. That was our first sign that navigating everything on our own would be exhausting, and we did not want to deal with that every time we went somewhere. So we messaged Tag Tour late at night (thanks to a friend’s recommendation). Despite the short notice, they quickly arranged a private tour for just the two of us, covering six major sites in one day. When our driver Mostafa and our guide Ahmed arrived at our Airbnb, they were perfectly punctual and welcomed us with big smiles. The whole day ran smoothly. Ahmed explained everything in an engaging, easy-to-follow way and always gave us enough time to explore each site at our own pace. The next day, we needed help figuring out our airport transfer since we had many hours to fill between checking out and our evening flight. Tag Tour came through again. We booked a half-day East Bank tour, and they customized everything: a temple visit, a museum stop, a post office stop, a beautiful Nile sunset, the best falafel, and finally our airport drop-off — all arranged seamlessly. Luxor feels like stepping back in time, most temples have no descriptions, and getting around on your own means constant bargaining. That can take away the fun from the experience, so having a guide genuinely made our trip stress-free, enjoyable, and meaningful. Mostafa and Ahmed were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and easygoing. Talking to them felt like chatting with friends. Their English was excellent, the car was clean and comfortable, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of the entire time.   Mostafa is a good driver. On time and in the place of the meeting, he accompanied us with kindness and availability in our tour also providing us with general historical / artistic information on the sites we visited. It was also available to make a small change from the program we had budgeted. Positive experience, recommended to rely on him.
