Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
07h30 – 8h00: Get picked up by our friendly guide then depart for Ninh Binh province. 09h15: Have a short break for 15 – 20 minutes to relax. 10h30: Visit Hoa Lư ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasty. 11h45: Have a buffet lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods such as goat meat, fish, chicken, fried rice…. Vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch.
Trang An Grottoes
13h00: Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as A World Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has a wonderful tunnel cave system so Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for the New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island”. With 2 hours for the boat trip, you will be persuaded by the beauty here. 15h00: Continue the tour for 45 mins - cycling around the village to discover the life of the local people.

5.00Best organized tour I’ve been on in Vietnam. Nice variety of activities throughout the day, good food at lunch with a lot of options to choose from, comfortable bus with wifi and usb port to charge your phone. But most of all, Happy was the best guide I’ve met so far: knowledgeable, caring and fun to be around. Needless to say, the landscape and views were stunning (and not that similar to Ha Long bay as I had thought: if you’ve been to the bay and are wondering whether to visit Ninh Binh as well or not, go for it, you won’t regret it).

5.00I had an amazing time in my 1 day trip to Ninh Binh. I thought it might be hectic schedule but this 1 day trip was nicely organized - the sequence of the visits to spot was carefully designed so that tourist do not feel tired or any kind of inconvenience. Our tour guide named Mr. Happy was very nice, kind, smart and knowledgeable. He attended my intricate queries as well. His English was good. We felt very comfortable and got all enriching information about tourist spots. I would certainly recommend this 1 day trip.

5.00Great day tour seeing the countryside in the Ninh Binh area. Happy was our guide and he was very informative and helpful. Relaxing rafting through amazing caves. Nice buffet lunch with lots of choices. A very enjoyable day.

5.00I was recommended Leon by two friends of mine and this tour in particular. Ninh Binh has been on my list since I arrived in Hanoi just over two months ago and he was not only knowledgeable but a great tour guide who properly looked after his tour throughout the day. Two particular highlights for me were the bicycle tour around the rice fields and local villages and also the hike up to see the Hang Mua Cave which was nearly 500 steps. It’s worth it honestly, the view is incredible and the eco village you must walk through to get to the steps is worth staying at after as there are the cutest tree houses and view of the lily pad fields in front with lots of swings for epic Instagram photos!! Leon was a great tour guide with a fantastic sense of humour that had the whole tour laughing all day! If you’re looking for an authentic tour with all the best bits of Ninh Binh thrown in pick this tour, you won’t regret it 💗 see you soon for those beers, Leon and thanks again! Laura (Beth) xox

5.00Our family booked a day trip through our hotel to Hoa Lu Tam Coc (Private Day Trip) with Vietnam Top and they were so nice. The whole journey is about 2 hrs. Our tour guide, Leon he is very friendly and knowledgeable about the places in Hoa Lu-Tam Coc. He gave lots of interesting information and made the trip very enjoyable. Is really a pleasant and memorable place. Thanks to Vietnam Top.
