5.00Fantastic ride for a night out, hosted by Amauris! We are staying at Secrets Baby Beach and that destination is very remote so we wanted to get off property for a nice evening out to dinner and to the piano bar. Amauris was on time and dressed to impress. We had a tinted black on black Lincoln Nautilus which was absolutely stunning. 10/10 recommendation!

3.00We booked airport transportation through VIP Airport Limo Services via the resort concierge. The concierge was pleasant to work with, and the booking and payment process was easy. On the day of departure, we arrived at the resort entrance at our scheduled pickup time, but the driver did not show. The concierge was not on duty yet, so we went to guest services for help. It was discovered that the pickup time had been entered incorrectly—one hour later than intended. We waited for the corrected time, but the driver still did not arrive. About 15 minutes after that scheduled time passed, guest services contacted the limo company, and a driver was dispatched, which took an additional 20–30 minutes. Because we were flying internationally, this caused a lot of stress about making it through the airport on time. Due to the delays, I requested a VIP meet-and-greet airport escort service to help expedite the process. This service normally costs $150, which VIP Airport Limo Services waived. The airport escort was excellent—professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. She helped us move quickly through check-in and bypass long security lines. Without this service, I do not believe we would have made our flight. While the initial pickup had multiple issues, I do appreciate that VIP Airport Limo Services ultimately took responsibility and made it right by providing the airport escort, which saved our trip.
