5.00Our flight got canceled and they told us … don’t worry we will ‘just move the time, no extra charge’. Our new flights got delayed and once again we were told no problem. When we arrived, Luca (our driver) was there to meet us … great guy 10/10

1.00You are making a profit on the misfortune of travelers. The current situation with delayed and canceled flights should be taken into consideration. Through no fault of ours we weren’t able to make our connection to Milan. I notified Viator as soon as I knew, almost 24 hours in advance and you refused to grant a refund. It may not matter much to Viator but to ordinary working people it smarts. I vow to never use your services again and to spread the word of your greed.
