5.00Our driver communicated with me before our trip, as well as the day we landed. She gave us clear instructions on where to meet her and how we could identify her, in a city where we had never visited before and didn't know the language! She was helpful with our luggage, professional in her behavior, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would recommend using this company!

5.00I booked this airport transfer from MXP to our Air B&B. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it right on time. He took our bags, the mini van was parked close, was very clean and had bottles of water ready to go. Our driver Carlos I believe his name was, was very friendly and offered great advice on things to do and places to eat. He was wonderful, I’d book with this company again anytime

1.00No show. Driver cancelled last minute. Pretty much screwed us over. A taxi was so much more reliable and ended us saving more than this booking.

5.00Excellent company who was able to accommodate myself and partner who were moving to Milan with a lot of luggage. The driver who fetched us was waiting for us at arrivals and had parked very close. I would advise this service to anyone who wanted assistance from the airport. I had never been to Italy and considering I was moving to Milan, just having someone there to help me with luggage and find my hotel, was fantastic.

1.00Do not use this company! Mr Martinelli director of this company is a lier and a thief.I booked a return Milan to Balaggio . The return taxi failed to turn up,I had to hire an expensive trip to the airport to meet my plane departure. Martinelli promised to refund 120 euros. NEVER HAPPENED. I have sent emails and left messages to no result.A promise to pay by PayPal on the 15th oh July NEVER HAPPENED. All I can do is warn you not to use this company.
