5.00Great communication with this team. Two couples in our group for a 6 hour tour of the island with time for snorkeling. Vincent was our driver and guide. He was very informative and really is knowledgeable about the history. He obviously has read a lot and prepared for sharing. We went over a list of all the places and sites we wanted to see and he hit them all. It was a very relaxing day packed with stops and time at the beach. I highly recommend this tour company and particularly Vincent. It was a bargain for the personal care and comfort of the Escalade.

5.00Vincent is a fantastic tour guide. He shared local culture and gave us a look at what the island is all about. He took us to the top tourist spots and inserted commentary about growing up on the island. Our only complaint about this tour was the car. It was nice but very difficult for 6 adults to get in and out of and the passengers in the backseat couldn’t hear or see much.

1.00This was probably the most misrepresented “tour” I’ve ever had on Viator - especially at a $595 price point. First, the older model mini-van while clean was aged and stained and did not have working AC and so we drove w windows down. Larry, a 14year transplant to St Thomas drove us to 3 overlooks and shared his limited knowledge. He then read to us from Google or Wikipedia for the stop to share the information on the 3 women in a famous statue. He then dropped us off in the main shopping area making some suggestions for lunch. There was no tour of Charlotte Amalie or the rest of the island beyond the 3 overlooks. We called him to get us after lunch and it took him 40 minutes to pick us up. He then drove us to the beach - and would have left us there too except we decided not to set ourselves up for that. A cab (which are abundant) or the safari vehicles (which are also abundant) would have been equally effective and much cheaper. This definitely fell short of the description and what one would expect for a tour w guide for nearly $600.

5.00This was an excellent excursion with our personal driver, cousin Harmony. Our time with her was customized to our liking. She was knowledgeable and shared island life experiences with us. She kept us on time and even suggested a private beach, as we were informed that Megan’s Bay was overly crowded. Would love to visit with Harmony again!

5.00Our Tour guide Nas was great. We have few ladies in our group who are vegetarian and he took us to restaurant that had some good vegetarian items and meat items were great as well. We truly enjoyed his company. Highly recommended.

4.00Happy to have booked a van with a/c as it was quite hot without. Ramirez was a nice guide and accommodating when we asked to not stop at all the tourist shopping traps. Picked up beach chairs and set us up on the beach as well. We’d hoped to snorkel but no equipment which was a let down. Overall a good experience.
