Pick up at 7:00 AM. You will depart and drive through the Great Rift Valley, the dramatic landscape and the plains inhabited by Maasai pastoralists. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is reached in time for lunch. In the afternoon you will have a game drive to search out lion for which the reserve is famous.

5.00Our guide is Job. He was exceptional in both photography assistance and wildlife education. He expertly positioned the vehicle for optimal shots and was always ready to help with camera handling. What stood out was his deep knowledge—whenever we spotted a new animal, he would not only introduce it in detail but also pull out his field guide to show us the corresponding information. His local connections ensured we never missed a sighting. Truly a professional and insightful guide!

5.00I had the opportunity to visit Masai Mara whith Explorer Kenya by plane from Nairobi. The organization and comunication with them before the trip were fantastic and they put all the attention on my requirements. I strongly recommend them. Both the staff and drivers were very kind and I spent there lovely days.

5.00Wonderful trip. Our Explorer Kenya guide was Simon who was extremely knowledgeable and very informative about all the animals on the safari. Driving around the Masi Mara reserve in a 4x4, the terrain presents a driving challenge and Simon was extremely skilled in managing the vehicle as well as having the experience in navigating to where the animals are and all the while looking after the wellbeing of his passengers. Given the vastness of the Masi Mara, the intimate knowledge of the animals, the area, and first-class driving skills are a must-have for a successful safari! We were able to experience so many varieties of species of cats, birds, Bucks, Impallas, and much much more. A great trip made possible by a wonderful guide
