  We had a great experience, our tour guides were so informative and knowledgeable. Franklin was so kind and so communicative, and he went above and beyond for us since we were having so many problem with our airlines and hotel. Machu Picchu was beautiful and we felt so lucky to see this wonder. We recommend downloading the App, WhatsApp so that you can communicate with everyone. Also if you are traveling to Machu Picchu from Cusco. The trip will entail you being picked up from your hotel, then transported to the city Ollantaytambo where you will take the train (PeruRail) which was a very scenic route, you will get off the train at Agua Calientes the town where Machu Picchu is located. Then you will meet your guide and you will take a bus up to Machu Picchu (instead of hiking up) you will walk around through the Inca ruins and take picture, learn about the history, etc. it is a really nice experience. Afterward you can choose to take the bus (for a small fee) or walk down this beautiful trail to the town below, it’s about 45 minute to 1.5 hours depending on how fast you are. Overall I would highly recommend if your interested in doing Machu Picchu in 1 day.

  I definitely will recommend this agency. We did d all our tours with them. Franklin was just n contact with us all the time regardless of the time. Pick up time for some of the excursions were at 3:00 am. And Franklin was in contact with us in regards of person picking us up.

  My thanks especially to Franklin for always watching our needs, the full day to Machupicchu was wonderful, an indescribable experience, the guide made us travel to the past telling us the story about how this lost city of the Incas is believed to have been built.
