  We spent about two hours in this salon, and the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the room was completely messy: dirty tables, unserved dishes, leftover food everywhere... even though there were almost no other guests. The staff, although present, seemed totally indifferent to the situation and did nothing to put things in order. On the side of the buffet, several dishes and drinks were missing, without visible replenishment. Pros: The Humba Pork was good, as was the chicken. On the other hand, the space for showers was freezing. We were unable to arm ourselves with courage to strip and use the facilities because the temperature was low. In short, a salon that could be pleasant, but that gives the impression of a serious lack of maintenance and management. Too bad, because the potential is there.

  This lounge is outstanding, Priority Pass holders can bring two complimentary guests, with additional guests costing $39.95, a price that seems steep given the food options. The signature pork humba dish is a must-try. The lounge itself is spacious, offering a range of seating options, including private pods and communal areas, as well as a play area for children. The staff provide exceptional service, exceeding expectations to ensure a pleasant experience.   Quiet lounge with a bar that has good selection. A little lame with choices regarding the food, but exists so that you can eat your fill. Comfortable beers to sit in and free wifi.

  I was in the lounge in Cebu before flying with Qatar business via Qatar to Oslo. Attractive Lounge, delicious food and not least very good service by Benjack Alonzo who works in the lounge with serving and cleaning. Effective man who provides personal service. You rarely experience this

  my stay in the lounge whilst waiting for my boarding gate to open was okay. In the meanwhile, few things were missing (which I wasn’t expecting), like butter for my toast + they haven’t got a bread knife for me to use to smother my strawberry jam- hence, they advised me to use a teaspoon instead.

  Duty-free shop at Mactan Airport on Hibs Here, Japanese goods cost more than three times as much as in Japan. That was also three times the amount posted in the shop. Mactan duty-free shops also have telephone numbers and email addresses, but no telephones are used. Email queries are bypassed

  Mactan Cebu International : one of the best local airports in the Philippines. Ease of access. With wide variety of shoppes....food, souvenirs, etc. Clean restrooms, no irritating announcements...only the important ones. I love this airport !

  SAFER / NON-CHAOTIC COMPARED TO MANILA AIRPORT. i arrived, free liggage carts ready, grab my bags All smiles, walked out grab a White Taxi to Hotel Pier Cuatro for 250 pesos boom! arrived noon time in the hotel… drop my bags for storage, walked 50 meters to ROBINSON’S MALL FOR DELICIOUS LUNCH, WALK AROUND, BACK TO THE HOTEL AND DROPPED SLEEPING LIKE A BABY.

  The lounge was okay, but not much more than that. There were the essentials. Two hot dishes to choose from, in this case pancit canton or spaghetti with tomato sauce. Toasted sandwich with butter and marmalade. Two desserts and mixed fruit. The range of drinks was slightly better. Soda, juice, different kinds of coffee, beer and wine. Comfortable chairs and low noise level. Close to the streets.
