5.00Spencer and his new recruit Paolo took us on a wonderful day trip through Madeira. We went to some amazing places such as Camara de Lobos, Porto Montiz, Seixal, as well as the Fanal forest just to mention a few. Spencer knows all the back roads and it felt safe in his Landover 4×4. There are quite a few steep mountains in this beautiful island which requires an off road vehicle to access. Spencer did an exceptional job explaining the flora and fauna. I enjoyed his infectious sense of humor and his kindness and courtesy for his colleagues and associates (he is very popular and the locals seem to acknowledge his greetings). He beat the bus tours in most places so we were able to a lot in a short amount of time. I highly recommend tours with his company Inside Out.

5.00Had a fantastic tour of the island with Spencer. He was very knowledgeable and took us to where my partner wanted to capture photographs. His English was very good and we really enjoyed his company. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to book with. It was perfect for a private tour.

5.00We had a tour booked and Spencer arrived promptly. We had a wonderful all day tour of Madeira and saw everything. Nothing was too much trouble and our guide Spencer was amazing and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour and the company.
We already met Spencer (the owner) on the flight to Madeira.

5.00Then we booked an 8-hour tour to the west of the island by phone. Beforehand, we looked at his website and selected our interests, from which he then created a personalized tour for us. In the end, we paid far less than anywhere else - it was also very personalized, with breaks and stays as long as we wanted, simply unique! He is a very likable person and a great driver. He knows the area excellently and designs his tours very individually, following the personal wishes of the participants. In addition to entertaining stories, he also shares a lot of knowledge about vegetation, flowers, and local plants, as well as the history and culture of Madeira, if desired. On the side, he also has many anecdotes to share, ensuring that good humor is guaranteed throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! This makes a Jeep tour with Madeira Insideout a unique experience, and time flies by. He also took us to places that tourists usually wouldn't see, where one can experience Madeira in their own way, completely alone. Completely without tourist hustle. Whether with off-road experiences or on regular routes, everything one could wish for is offered in 8 hours. All of this includes insider tips for dining at insider locations at sensational prices and special moments of enjoyment. 5.00A fabulous day out with Spencer. Tailored made to suit our requirements and he got it spot on. Good fun to he with, a great driver and knew his island inside out! Fabulous sights, mountains, waterfalls, statues and villages. Plus a rum distillery too! Brilliant! Thank you!

5.00There were four of us on the road and had a great tour with Spencer in Madeira. Its driving style is safe, calm and at the same time very confident – you feel in good hands at all times, even in more demanding terrain. We were particularly impressed by his excellent local knowledge: He knows not only the well-known highlights, but also hidden spots off the beaten track. Spencer also has an impressive knowledge of the island’s plant life and was able to explain many interesting details about what made the tour even more exciting. The tour was individually tailored to our wishes and offered a perfect mix of adventure and relaxed exploration. The off-road tracks were a real highlight and made the experience special. Absolutely recommended for those who want to experience Madeira authentically and a little more adventurous! We did the tour in German – Spencer is English and speaks perfect German.
