Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this tour if you have a couple of hours to spare in Málaga. Enjoy

We stopped in Malaga via our cruise ship and met with Danny in the center of old town Malaga. We really enjoyed our visit to the cathedral, learning about the Roman theater, and Alcazaba. It is a great view of the town and coast from the top. We were very happy to get Danny because of all the great reviews on him and he did not disappoint.

The tour guide was late arriving at the meeting point and not easy to find. Her English was good, but she was still difficult to understand at times. However, she was lovely and very helpful. On the day of the tour the Cathedral was closed. She did everything possible to ensure guests could visit at another time or how to claim the admission refund.

Fabiola was a wonderful guide! She’s very justifiably proud of her home and made the tour so interesting with her informative commentary and sincere enthusiasm. She was wonderful with questions too. The Roman theatre was so interesting! The Alcazaba might have been a difficult climb, but Fabiola very skillfully did her narrstion at intervals that allowed her “older” audience to recover regularly, so we didn’t even get hot in the sun. The Alcazaba was really cool and I loved hearing its history even extending into the 20th century and up to now. The cathedral and the walk through el Pimpi were very fun. It was a great tour and very well organized. The only criticism is that at the beginning of the tour near the crystal pyramid, you couldn’t hear the guide unless you were right next to her.

An experience a little too rushed for the travelers that like to explore and learned a little bit more detailed and not just a typical walking tour the tour guide seemed too eager to finish the tour group to start another one

Very disappointing. The guide clearly was not terribly willing to make the visit interesting and showed little rapport with the group. Got the feeling it was a chore. Little information was given about the roman theatre. Unfortunately his English was very difficult to comprehend due to a very strong Spanish accent.

The organisation for entrance to the sites was excellent, but our guide was very poor. It was sold as an historical tour, but the info she gave was incredibly superficial and in very weak English, making it almost impossible to even place events historically!!! I don't think anyone came away having understood the history of Malaga! Luckily for me, I understand Spanish and so switched to the Spanish speaking group half way though the tour.

Wonderful history tour with a very caring guide. He loves his city and gave great effort to make sure the group had full understanding. A little difficult to catch all he said as he spoke rapidly! Very enthusiastic

Maria did a great job. Stay close to her because she has no microphone and you have no ear buds on this tour. She projects well but the back of the group needs to be attentive. We actually ended up having 2 guides in training, which were an additional help and source of information.
